Amazing customer service. My washing machine stopped working and I had a replacement fitted the same day! I also purchased a second hand tumble dryer. My old machines were taken away. 100% recommend.

Within 1 hour of initial contact, had come over and replaced heating element in my Neff oven. Superb service. Even gave advice on how to clean my washing machine along with tablets to clean it. Highly recommended .

What a legend Les is. I rang with an issue with my washing machine and he took the time to diagnose the problem over the phone, told me how to sort it and even looked up the code for the spare part I needed to order. In these tough times where people are usually looking to make every penny they can from a potential customer Les was the opposite, if I ever find myself in Andover I am going to pop into the shop with a bottle of wine to say thanks. Great service from ACS Domestics. Sent a message through the website about 6pm and got a call back within 30 minutes. Arranged a time to come and look at a leaky washing machine and they arrived exactly when they said they would. Problem identified within 5 minutes - part needed. Arrived and fitted next day. Great service and helpful - throughly recommended!
