Great customer service. I did not have to wait to be seen. The team explained everything to me every step of the different test. I am very satisfied. I would recommend to friends and family.

Just collected my glasses and also had a an appointment to get contact lenses.
Staff were extremely helpful and spent time going through options.

Got my latest varifocals here after my old optician shut down.
Eye test was great and thorough, especially as my dad has glaucoma.
I bought the glasses (2 pairs) with lots of options so not cheap.
Fitting was not great and had several issues.
Eventually went back and asked to speak with the top guy. Tam took over and was brilliant. Advice was honest, practical and very helpful going through several options and setting my expectations properly so I could make the right decisions.
In short, I know I can go back, get good service and know that if things go wrong they will be sorted out properly.

I have visited the Sutton branch, a day earlier than the given date. I wanted to see if it was ready to collect as I was in Sutton already. I was greeted and served by SOUBAN. He tried to find my glasses and brought them to within 5 minutes. I really appreciate the service he provided for me at the store.

Very welcoming every time I've entered. Got two pairs of glasses from here and been there twice to fix the broken ones. They don't charge for the small repairs. Will always go back to Specsavers.
