Absolute great music shop! They let me play instruments all the time when I don’t even buy anything lol thank you so much music cellar and it’s very kind and knowledgeable staff.

Didn't even know there was a music shop in the centre of Preston, so was pleasantly surprised.

What a little gold mine. Only a small range of products, but as an acostic guiatrist, some great instruments from Guild and Faith. Also a great range of spares and equipment.

The gentleman I spoke to in the shop.was.welcoming and veey helpful - I'll be back!

Popped into the shop this morning got sorted in less than 5 min, spent the next half hour chatting, even though the shop was busy they still make time for you and made to feel welcome, thank you Mr North and staff , I'll be back with cake 🍰

Recently had a pickup installed here at a great price. Was finished within a couple of hours, compared to the 3 weeks another store quoted. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend.

In 30 years as a customer ( I feel old now...) I am never disappointed in the service provided by the helpful staff and I rarely leave empty handed. If they don't have what you are looking for they will find it, and if you're not sure what you're after they will make excellent suggestions. I once went in to replace my violin strings after 10 years of not playing, all I could remember about the brand was the colour of the packet they had come in 10 years before, they pinpointed them for me in seconds. That's the standard of service you can expect.

My husband would like to say, thank you for a great service. He brought two Fender guitars in for a set up and they both play like a dream.He will definitely use them again. Cheers, Phil.

Had my flute repaired today. Fantastic service and flute was repaired whilst I was in town and I picked it up a few hours later. I felt he had knowledge and understanding and I would not hesitate to go there to buy a new instrument when I need a replacement.

Excellent service. I bought a new cornet and used my old one in part exchange. John really knows what he's talking about when it comes to brass instruments.

Went in to replace the E4 string on my acoustic guitar, and wasn't sure where to go, but once I found out, it was really easy, and really good and friendly service.

Very helpful staff. Came in to get a guitar repaired and it was done within a week and to a very high standard for a very reasonable price.

Went there for bass strings and a book for learning bass but also got lots of helpful advice off staff about learning a new instrument
