Ordered lens just after Christmas and was delighted to receive goods as promised within 3 days of dispatch. Parcel updated throughout and received in perfect condition in a well packed box with added bonus of free gift of a power bank. as I was outside UK, I paid VAT locally, but prices were still competitive and I would buy here again. Great variety, service and customer contact and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

I found UK Digital on a search for a RF70-200 mm lens and called them to see if they had one in stock. I initially spoke to a lady and somewhat blatantly asked if they were a UK company or a drop shipper (gray market type of operation) she was very polite and told me that they were UK based. I check their location and was pleased to see that they were based less than an hours drive away so I asked if they would sell me the lens and if I could collect it. I spoke to Simon and Paul and then went next day to collect my SUPER AMAZING RF lens and have to say I couldn't be happier. I even part exes a lens on the spot and when I did not have the cap they said I could send it to them. Paul spent time having a chat and was not rushing me and now I have a go to place where I can pop in and pick up bits and bats and of course new gear. Will be buying another new toy when they release in March and will only go to these guys now. As for reading some of the negative reviews, I personally totally disagree with them . I don't write many reviews but felt compelled to come home and do this one. Thanks to you all, Ash

One of the items I arrived with a small manufacturing fault and Paul and the team went out of their way to quickly solve the problem and send out a replacement part free of charge. Brilliant company...I bought a Sony Mirrorless from them and they gave me lots of useful free gifts, were cheaper than big retail and it comes with a 5 year guarantee which even John Lewis couldn't come close to.

I then purchased a filter adapter which was significantly cheaper than even ebay and amazon.

This is a company with fast shipping and doing what local shops should be. Excellent service, competitive pricing and great selection.

Here you get family owned business customer service, internet prices but I can go and see the items I want and try them first. Huge range of items and if it says it’s in stock it is and I can make the journey to see them knowing I won’t be let down.

Bought a Panasonic Bridge Camera. Excellent price no more expensive than anywhere else but included a free bundle including extended 5 year guarantee, a uv filter and a quality 32gb card. On top of this it was delivered the next day. Not only that but the delivery people informed me of the hour they would be here, and they were. Very happy with the camera, ukdigital.co.uk and the delivery. I will be using them again, Top marks all round. 😊

Bought a Panasonic S5 with a Sigma 24-70 lens. Really friendly personal service. They communicated well and delivered on time.

(MSVRVisual) This is the second time I've ordered from them and I couldn't have been more happy. Customer service is very helpful and orders are getting send out quicker than expected. Who needs pelican cases when you can get Novo Cases for a lot cheaper, that are just as good at UKDigital.

Ordered a Panasonic FZ82 plus case, card and battery bundle. Best online price (after Panasonic's cashback). Came the next day via DPD who give an hour time slot. Really well packaged and very pleased to see that they reuse paper to act as a buffer inside the main parcel box - so much better for recycling than plastic. Would use again based on this experience.

Phoned up UK Digital on Friday 29th May to enquire about the BM Pocket Cinema Camera 6K. The camera was in stock (other stores are either out of stock or awaiting stock), purchasing and processing was swift and easy. The order was placed at 2pm on the Friday, and it arrived by midday the following day. Brilliant service, looking forward to using the camera!
