Bought myself a new Takamine Dreadnought there today. Great service from Kevin, not pushy/Selly and tried some other guitars before sticking with my spider senses. I'd recommend them.

Went in the store last week to view some keyboards, we was greated by a really nice chap called Kevin, his knowledge and expertise was fantastic, his questions to us directed us to just what we needed, his customer service was absolutely outstanding, without any doubt I'd fully recommend anyone who is unsure about any kind of musical instrument to get down to rimmers. Thanks once again Kevin you are a credit to the company.

Excellent little music shop/school! Bought a keyboard here a few years back and was impressed with how nice the staff were helping me decide to get 😊 I've also recently signed up for piano lessons and my teacher Chris is absolutely amazing! Super friendly and easy to get on with and is very good at helping me understand where I'm going wrong and how to correct it. All in all its a lovely little place, definitely recommend them

Highly recommend this shop and really appreciate the help from Martin. I purchased a digital piano and after getting home and realising it wasn't the right one for me they really helped me out by allowing me to return and take the time to find what I needed. Really competitive pricing too.

Bought a Yamaha DGX640 from here, great price & great service. I can honestly say the staff were fantastic. Seemed knowledgable and friendly - even offered me a free piano lesson!

Seemed to have a good range upstairs on guitars and drum kits too. I'm a firm believer in supporting your local shop and would most definatly shop here again.

Bought an awesome strat & Vox amp from Shaun at Rimmers. Their prices turned out to be the best in the UK & very helpful & organised delivery to Northern Ireland free. I will buy from these guys again no problem.

I very rarely write reviews however after the excellent service I have received over the past 18 months from the staff at Rimmers Music Leyland Branch namely Sheena, Neil and Ben I feel I must leave a comment.
I have purchased several Guitars and various accessories over the past 18 months and the staff have always been very friendly courteous and helpful from just giving me advice to setting up my guitars and fitting new strings etc nothing is too much trouble for them the three of them are great ambassadors for Rimmers Music it would be great if there work ethics were adopted at other retail outlets.
I would certainly recommend any one looking for either advice / parts to new instruments to make Rimmers Leyland the first and last stop.

Looked at a guitar online but not in stock, so left my email address for when it came back in stock, 2 days later they emailed back to say they had one in, I ordered one on the 26th of June and it was delivered on the 1st of July, no complaints from me , very happy.

Really helpful staff. Knowledgeable advice and experience shared. Great prices and products. If it isn't available in store they'll order it in.

Having never been in before the range of items was a shock, however the customer service was excellent and very helpful, could play an instrument I wished before purchase, was also advised on different types of strings. Was a fully enjoyable experience.

Although intially having to wait several months for the arrival of the weighted keyboard due to COVID19, and it not arriving quiet right. The manager Martin did an amazing job to make sure that everything was rectified. Thank you Martin, what an asset to your team at Rimmers!!!

Visited again today with son who was taking a guitar exam. Had a very helpful chat with a chap called Jake about guitar upgrade who let son try a few guitars. Will return to make purchase.
