Blue Circle Parking Meet & Greet

Used Blue Circle Meet&Greet at Heathrow Terminal 5. Drop off was simple (as long as you follow the instructions regarding not entering the drop off forecourt). On return, we phoned them once we had our luggage as instructed, we waited approx ten mins in the car park and my car arrived. My car was in the exact condition I left it in, no scratches/dents and the inside was clean. A good experience considering all the bad reviews!

I was really apprehensive after reading some appalling reviews and having already paid for the parking I was concerned and considered cancelling my booking and losing the money - I'm really glad I didn't!

I had no issues at drop off and pick up; if you read the details of when to call them and follow the instructions you'll be fine.

I took pictures of my car beforehand, just in case, but I was pleased to have my car returned with NO issues, it was a little dusty on the outside, however, as my car had been with then for a fortnight during a very dry period I expected this.

I noted how many miles my car had done before dropping my car off, I knew my car was NOT going to be kept on site and therefore expected a few extra miles on the clock. I don't remember the exact number of miles but it was certainly noting extreme and in line with what was expected.

Left from Heathrow T5, easy to find and no messing around on drop off. My flight home was delayed approximately 3 hours, rang as soon as I left passport control and car was waiting for me when I got to the collection desk. Car was in same condition I left it with them, on 6 miles travelled total. Great service, will use again.

We dont normally do reviews, we forget, but we cannot fault our experience with Blue Circle. Unfortunately most people only seem to leave reviews when they have a bad experience which is probably why their reviews look so bad! We left our Range Rover in their care for 3 weeks and it was returned in good clean condition with only an extra 10 miles on the clock. We would definitely use them again and the price which included an over night stay was amazing. Well done Blue Circle. I don't dispute that some people have had bad experiences, it happens in restaurants/shops etc but I wish people who had good experiences would take the time to share.

Considering the bad reviews, I was worried but have no complaints.
I forgot to change the details of the car as we chose to go in our other car.
The guy at the check in desk struggled to find our details because of the wrong information I had given but when found, he quickly amended and we were on our way.

On our return, called the number when at baggage, and by the time we arrived at our collection point, our car was ready and waiting with no issues.

The staff were very helpful and the price was very competitive indeed. The drop-off point couldn't be handier for the terminal and my car appeared to have been well-looked after. There was no problem at any stage. Genuine review!

After reading reviews and having already booked, we were a little apprehensive but for no reason. It was all excellent. Located in the short stay car park at terminal 5. It was easy to check in and check out. It took about 20 minutes to bring the car back which is why they say to ring them when you have collected your baggage. The car had only done 14 miles while they had it and it also had been washed and cleaned before it was returned.
Would definitely use again.

Great service again , we have used blue circle at T5 4 times this year (Jan, March, May & June) for holidays. The price is very reasonable compared to others , have never had any issues with leaving or collecting the car or any damage at all (aside from maybe some dust from the rain as I assume it is parked outside) The process is very simple and unlike others , they give you an actual phone number that an actual human answers for any queries :-) . Even when flights are delayed, they monitor them so you car arrives on time they were so very good during covid with refunds for bookings made and then cancelled due to restriction. Seems Heathrow have a better reputation than other airports but faultless for me

I was a little apprehensive after reading reviews but decided to gamble and won.

Drop off was easy at Heathrow T5 short stay, they were also very helpful when I appeared 15 minutes later as I'd left my son's car seat in the car.

On return I called after we had collected our bags, we were a little earlier than we'd specified and were told 15-20 minutes. We (family with two kids in tow... Not the quickest) made our way including a quick stop in boots.

We arrived almost exactly 20minutes after we called and our car was waiting.

No queues experienced, helpful and efficient staff, no surprises (all parking tickets paid by them).

Will use again, so much easier than a bus transfer when you have kids!

Meet & greet Heathrow T5. Really happy with the service, contacted the company prior to drop off to confirm details, drop off was easy and took about 5 minutes, reassuring to see the staff taking pictures of the car on the handover. Flight was delayed on the way home, contacted them again, customer handling was good, when we arrived the car was waiting for us.

I was a scared after reading reviews but must report Excellent service . Easy to leave car and it was ready for my return immediately even though flight late. Car in same state as when left . Very friendly guy at desk . Terminal 5

Terrific guys. Dead friendly. Good deal and didn't get ripped off for another £36 on the day like another guy I was speaking to there, on the same delayed flight from Miami, who used the other parking firm operating out of that carpark. I'd use these fellas again for sure.

We used Blue Circle at Heathrow Terminal 3. Everything went very smoothly on drop off (an early one at 4:10am) and on return, with friendly and helpful service from everyone we spoke to. Very happy to recommend and will use again.
