St Giles Heathrow - A St Giles Hotel

We stayed in the superior room which is lovely;spacious,big bed and very comfortable;had a great nights sleep.
The power shower is great, the bathroom is again spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Reception always smells so lovely when you walk in which is always nice and inviting. Also the food was absolutely delicious, we would return here even if just to eat in the restaurant, we were that impressed. I enjoyed the chefs special pasta the first night night which I throughly enjoyed. The second night we had Cesar salad,pizza and the pork;again absolutely delicious and throughly enjoyed. Looking forward to returning.

We Church members gather on Every Sundays and on some of the occasional meetings, In Conference rooms.
It is very good, pleasant and Comfortable experience and the Hotel is so professional and Better at service. Nice area to Meet,Parking.and Staying. Money withdrawal machine is also available.

I Have been there for The last 3 years.

Very convenient for Heathrow: 20 min taxi ride. Parking available at hotel while we were away for a fortnight : reasonable rates. Very quiet: no sound of aircraft - triple-glazing. Good breakfast. Good evening meal. Friendly helpful staff.

Great room. Very friendly receptionist. Breakfast was good. Close to take aways and short walk to train station. Car parking onsite. Great value considering location and 25 min train to Waterloo.

Efficient friendly staff. Clean room. We asked for sheets rather than quilts as it was during the hot weather. Sheets delivered to room together with a plug in fan as the room cooling wasn't cooling enough. Help yourself breakfast buffet, bacon,sausages,hash browns, toast, baked beans, eggs cooked to order, small boxes of corn flakes, natural yogurt, juices,hot drinks. Would have liked some fruit personally but couldn't fault quality of what was on offer. Handy location across road from a Lidl, train station close by, large Tesco store less than a mile away

Really nice hotel itself looks very posh. But rooms are very clean just a bath a bit to small. Maybe other rooms have a bigger baths. My room was on the third floor.But it was ok.My room was very cold seems it was some ac issues.Just rang to reception and they offered portable heater. Service are so fast staff very very friendly and good athmophere. Also there is a carpark for the night cost £8. Really recommend and you will be satisfied. There is next door Chinese take away restaurant wow they are amazing massive choices down there.

I have stayed here 3 times now and am a big fan. I don't eat breakfast so can't comment on that but everything else is good. The staff are lovely. The room is excellent value for money. And the location is excellent.

A lot of the reviews are actually very unfair or very old. This hotel has gone through refurbishments and is now immaculate. Rooms are modern, nice decor, good shower, AC in room, bed comfortable and to top it all off very pleasent staff. The female staff upon entering were very warm and friendly. Large lounge downstairs to chill out. Restaurant has an open kitchen and decent food selection. Need boarding pass printing? reception staff will do it for free. Receptionist Mateous was very helpful. Very reasonable price too.

Now the negatives - from outside this hotel doesn’t look very inviting. It looks like an old government office. Parking should be inclusive with the booking. I am not sure how the older rooms are still in use but i have noticed some comments within the last few months complaining about the furniture’s being a bit dated and basic. So i am guessing thw older rooms aren’t as good.

Had to stay here due to plane being delayed overnight. All free so have to give good ratings. Basic hotel and buffet food not brilliant, but as far as value for money ' Excellent!

Great hotel, modern rooms and very reasonable price. Friendly staff, plenty of parking and nice toiletries in room.

Only negative is a very small tv which is hard to see from the bed, and some roadworks near Feltham station meaning that turning right out of the hotel is always the best option.

Family room for 4 was a really good size, decent breakfast, £8 per night parking and only 3 minutes walk to the train station which took 28mins into Waterloo and were very frequent (£29 return family ticket). Overall good value!

Stayed here for a concert in Twickenham stadium.
Definately stay here again with an upgrade for the mini fridge and personal request facing the airport.
Never tried the food sorry.

Nice and comfortable hotel to stay around Heathrow airport, staff is friendly, rooms are clean and equipped with aircon, they have restaurant and gym on site which is great, there plenty of shops and take away nearby, I had a coffee and some snacks at the Portuguese shop just across the road and in the evening I order a Chinese take away in the same road.

I’d recommend and I’d stay again in the future.

Easy to get to from the Southwest train line Feltham station. A good restaurant in the hotel and a supermarket nearby. The rooms are very clean and have all the amenities you could ask for, especially for £45 a night

My original rating was low due to two bad experiences here.

However I had to use again as demand was high in area.

Chris at front desk got me a room that was in every way perfect. I can't thank him enough.

He has changed my opinion of this hotel and was the only person who went above and beyond to help.

Used a few times great value for money if needing a good value priced hotel before a flight from Heathrow. Rooms are excellent sized and very clean

Nice hotel, lovely clean rooms, great all you can eat buffet breakfast.....lovely strong shower, woke up feeling refreshed.

Good breakfast here.. near the heathrow.. there's one portugal cafe in front of hotel.. you buy coffee and some snack.. and also next to the cafe there's a turkish mini groceries.. you can buy some snack, chocolate with a cheaper price.. this also near from the train station.

This Is awesome place to stay short and long duration too. Close to Heathrow Airport, bus access, station is close by. Shoping center is near by. Clean, awesome staff food is too good and authentic.

Nice hotel. The personal is very kind and polite. All my requests were addressed in few mins. Nice place to stay with the family
