Claremont Medical Centre

I'd highly recommend this surgery. The reception staff is lovely and I can't praise the new Dr's enough. They've always been very thorough at every check up are very quick and efficient for any further action that needs to be taken. I'm very grateful to be with this surgery, especially in these times where the NHS is so stretched.

I have to say I’ve found Claremont to be extremely helpful, polite and accommodating. I’ve gone through quite a few problems in a short space of time and the whole team have been amazing, reception staff have been kind and civil and the practice itself is always willing to give a hand. I’m grateful to have found a good GP service during my difficult time so thank you to everyone there 🥰

Claremont Medical Centre is very effective. I found the staff members to be very friendly and professional. Whenever I have been, I have been treated very nice. The new GPs have been excellent. They are very thorough and professional with their treatment. I would also like to Thank the practice maanger, Mr Raza for his help and support Whenever I needed it. Halima the receptionist on the Front Desk is outstanding and goes above and beyond her Duty's.

The doctors are amazing and so helpful, caring, friendly and kind. I am lucky to have the Claremont as my GPs.

Was seen by Dr Munshi having had issues with tinnitus and balance. Dr Munshi is very thorough with consultations, he listens considerately, making relevant referrals when needed. I doubt there is anyone better to go to. Fantastic GP I hope he stays. Absolutely rarity to find someone so good.

It is easy to get an appointment using the patient access systems you can be seen in days rather then weeks, most times if you need to see the doctor urgently you can get a same day appointment wasn’t always the case

Much better, wholeheartedly recommend the practice.

After DR Swedan left now we having a Very nice Doctor Dr Shaikh/DR Muchei, very good GP, after Dr MrSwedan, now september 2023, can’t get appointments, adside on friday to call on mondy for appointment , when you call on monday told me no appointment left all full ????????????????????????????????

Absolutely outstanding. The main man, Dr. H.I. Swedan, is not only super-competent, he is extremely charming and good humoured and a great listener. Unfortunately he's so popular you have to book up well in advance to get to see him, but all the other doctors are good also.

Sent a request for info and had a call back in 10mins from Pratima .. very quick!

They are all very helpful n polite, well done 👍

Come to surgery today to see the nurse never had her before what a lovely lady explained everything to me so well and made me feel completely at ease only nurse I will see now thank you

In the past few months I have been impressed by the working style of a new lady in this medical center, she completes our work immediately without any further discussion and knows her work very well.

This morning I made an urgent phone call to my doctor and the lady who answered the call was doing her best to help me.

It's hard to get an appointment but the receptionist and locum GPs are nice

Dr Munchi has been one of the first GPs that I feel has really listened to me and allowed me to be open and honest. Thank you for being so kind and supportive during a difficult time. I have also always found the receptionist team helpful and have on the whole received a very good service from this surgery.
