Beavers Farm Estate Post Office

I checked the timing onto google to make sure it was open and said closes at 05pm. (Recent changes of timing were not updated onto google) The gentleman on the counter pointed out to the timing board saying we close at 02pm. I had arrived around 04:30pm and was gutted as I had to send courier urgently.

I requested if he could do something about it and don't want to go around looking for other post offices. He accepted my request and my courier was sorted. I was glad and would definitely recommend this post office.

Great service, the shop keepers and staff were very helpful and friendly, plus the shop had a massive range of products which was great 👍🏼

Redirected an amazon package to this post office and unfortunately couldn't collect it until this Sunday (when the post office was shut) which was the last day before DPD would take the parcel back ... Explained the situation to the shop owner, who was very good to look for the package and hand it over once I proved it was mine - great service. Reading the other reviews, looks like most have complaints around the parking around the car park in front of the shops - this isn't the post office's fault.

Went to do special delivery .Was very quick. The lady out there was very helpful.

Closing time for the post office doesn’t match with the time they have on google maps they close at 1pm on weekdays which is very early.

Total Scam - Please Avoid this Nasty Place

Parked for 20 minutes to buy food from Turkish/Mediterranean take away after a long appointment at Indian Visa centre. Received £ 100 parking fine few days after. No proper signs at the car park about tariff, neither the take away guy didn't say anything (I did ask him, is it possible to eat quickly in the car, then he said yes). It is recommended to avoid this place as many people received parking fine without giving a proper sign/warnings.

Horrible service, the Royal Mail woman behind the counter was an awful person, this white woman seems to hate her own life and is taking it out on everyone else.

My package never left this post office and I’m pretty sure one of the workers in that store stole it and kept it for themselves, very unethical.

These people have the worst morals, please avoid this place when posting packages you’ll definitely regret it.

Poor customer service and the opening times are different online and in store. I had a urgent parcel to deliver but the Indian man in store said it closed at 2pm and when I said it’s shows 5pm closing time online, he gave me a sarcastic answer saying “Online it also says to stay home don’t come out”. This is how they attend customers.

Most rubbish post office worst costumer service, avoid at all costs. The staff member who served me could not follow simple instructions, I asked for 1st class but put in 2nd. She was too busy wanting to go out for a cigerette break. In addition to this, after phoning up the staff member showed no understanding towards the issue.

Atrocious service, extremely rude when questioned about printing a label from a QR code which it quite clearly says the post office can do online. Clearly a post office that want to do the near minimum, which comes through in their customer service.

Parking charge signage is not visible. Not sure we’re they have hidden it. They sent me a £60 parking fine! Be careful here everyone. Avoid!

Opening hours on google say 9am-1pm, then 1:30pm to 5pm. so I went at 3pm expecting it to be open but the man told me it was closed. They choose when to open and close and it’s inconvenient for those who need to ship parcels ASAP.

Fat scran at the cafe but been charged for parking there. No clear signage anywhere inside to say you need to pay.

Not reliable. They close at random times, whenever they want, different from scheduled closing times. You never know if it will be open or closed. I prefer Hounslow Heath PO.
