Mili Mendez Cakes

Milli went above and beyond to make my daughter’s christening cake even though she was going on holiday the day I needed it and I only contacted her a week in advance. Nevertheless what she arrived with not only looked absolutely stunning but tasted incredible too. She designed it to my brief and I loved that she uses local ingredients as this make it extra special (and extra tasty!). I even ordered the extra large size hoping we’d have some leftover and there was a crumb to take home. Thank you Milli!!

Mili Mendez, I salute you! Astounding service and quality of product. Hand on heart, the chocolate cake was the BEST I have EVER eaten. There’s one small piece left (& it’s mine!!)

I ordered a cake for my auntie's birthday, Mili went out of her way to ensure I had the perfect cake for a special occasion. Using organic ingredients, home made jam and local produce, the cake was beautiful and delicious. Everyone commented on how nice it was with some members of the party asking for a second slice. I would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again!

I wanted to get my brother something special for his birthday this year, as we couldn't celebrate together due to lockdown. I found Mili by searching for bespoke cakes online and deciding to order a cake from her has been the best decision I have made in a long time. Mili was very responsive and pleasant and gave me plenty of options and suggestions to come up with a cake that would be exactly to my brother's tastes. It was delivered on time and in a beautiful box and the cake itself was stunning. My brother informed me it was the best cake he had ever tasted (it's hard to find a beautiful cake that tastes equally beautiful), so I can't wait to order from Mili again. If you're looking for a cake in London, do not look any further than Mili, she truly creates something special with the exquisite ingredients she uses and the way she will tailor it to your request. Superb!!

I've ordered cakes three times from Milli Mendez. They are fantastic. She uses a varied combination of aromas which makes each one of her cake very unique.

The first one was coffee and salted caramel. The buttercream was decadent. Probably the most elegant of her cakes we've experienced.

The second one was a vanilla sponge, with coconut and a sublime homemade green mango jam. I've never tasted something so delicate and powerful at the same time.
Brilliant !

The last one we just ate today is a pumpkin sponge, with a fluffy maple buttercream. It is topped with a delightful pecan dust. The subtle mix of spices combined with the delectable maple sweetness is a perfect match.

I highly recommend Milli Mendez's cakes if you want to indulge in a decadent experience. They are beautiful, they are sophisticated, and they are a mouthful of joy.

Mili’s cakes taste even better than they look! We’ve commissioned two, each for my son’s birthday and on each occasion they were a definite showstopper. She’s brilliant at taking an idea and bringing it to life.

Amazing quality... Beautiful creation..mine was a L.V alma handbag..it was so lifelike i couldv'e used it as the actual present.. It was to nice to cut..but when we did..the most heavenly chocolate cake was under the icing.Briliant friendly prompt service.Mili is a genius.
