Rachel’s masterclasses are truly exceptional! I recently attended a 4-hour session with her, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. Rachel’s teaching style is captivating, enjoyable, and motivating. Her passion shines through, leaving me not only more confident in piping but also eager to continue practicing and explore her online cake school tutorials. I had the most wonderful morning with Rachel for a 4 hour masterclass. She was extremely kind, helpful, and a great teacher - giving me feedback about where I was going wrong, and how to improve. I took the bouquet to share with my family who were delighted!

Earlier today I took a 4 hour 1-1 with Rachel. Oh boy what an experience it was!
Rachel’s teaching is second to none. A complete natural and made me feel so comfortable. We covered everything including colour palettes, mixing, consistency, piping nozzles and how to apply the buttercream flowers to the cake.
I had the best four hours and can’t thank Rachel enough for passing her skills on to me.
Already looking in my diary to book in again.

I had the pleasure of learning how to bake and decorate cupcakes under the guidance of Ms. Rachel, and it was an exceptional experience. Ms. Rachel's teaching style is not only informative but also incredibly engaging. Her passion for baking is evident, and she effortlessly shares her knowledge with patience and enthusiasm. I appreciate her attention to detail and the creative techniques she provided, making the learning process enjoyable. Anyone debating to go to Rachel for private tuition should not hesitate ! I arrived thé night before my class and was able to stay in thé B&B room provided by Rachel. I was very cosy and felt at home. After à great nights sleep I was ready for our one to one. Rachel is a great teacher, full of tips and insight and was willing to share these. She was very patient too and was able to show me how to improve my skills. I came away boosted and confident and ready to continue thé adventure. I had a couplé of hours in nearby Dorchester also which is worth à visit too.

A massive thank you to Rachel for our amazing wedding cake. It not only looked so beautiful but tasted just delicious and everyone commented on how fantastic it was. Whilst loads got eaten on the day we froze some of it to enjoy after our honeymoon and it was still just as incredible.

I was part of a cupcake buttercream flower piping workshop and attended with my mum plus two other ladies that booked in with Rachelle.
It was relaxed, welcoming and great fun. We got shown what we would be creating and abong never pipes buttercream flowers before I never thought mine would come out looking anything like it was supposed to.. but it did! Rachelle explained everything and also showed us as a group but also went around the table to show each person better.
She gave advice and help when needed and answered any questions.
We had a great 3 hours and everyone's bouquets looked amazing.

An amazing tutorial in a pretty and very comfortable environment. The subject matter was well paced, extremely informative, very relaxed and incredibly well presented. My daughter and I were complete novices - truly...our very first attempt! - and we were part of a small class of four ladies. In just four hours we were shown not only the practical side of how to pipe using different nozzles, but equally how to blend the colour into the buttercream to create even distribution, and how to position two shades in the bag and piping nozzle to create a special effect. Along with this practical element came some simple explanations to understand how to handle buttercream icing in order to achieve the perfect finish. Rachel truly demonstrated an indepth knowledge on her specialist craft, and an extraordinary ability to turn her ideas into something beautiful and edible. The result of such a talent and deep passion for her subject, was we all came away greatly satisfied with our lovely cupcake bouquets. We cannot wait to attend the next session.

I had the most wonderful experience at Rachelle's Cake School! I traveled from San Diego, CA and decided to stay at her bed and breakfast. The room was cozy and perfect size to relax after a long flight and in between masterclass days. She was the perfect host who went over and beyond to make sure all my needs were met.

I especially enjoyed my 2-day private masterclass. She went through buttercream, color mixing and technique basics. After gauging which level I was in, she challenged me to do the more intricate designs. She shared a lot of tips, tricks and recommendations. I learned so much from her in the 2 days I spent with her. I'm hoping to come back in a year or so to learn more!

Rachel made us an absolutely stunning and delicious wedding cake, which she decorated so beautifully with fresh flowers. I cannot eat gluten, and was initially a little apprehensive about a gluten free wedding cake, but it was so tasty and extremely popular with all of our guests (who didn't even realise it was gluten free!) We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

I attended this course today with my daughter and it was fantastic. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming in a lovely bright room.
We created 4 different styles of cake in different colours and ended up with really pretty bouquets. The tuition was spot on and I can't wait to do another class.

We ordered a wedding cake and a cupcake bouquet for our wedding day and they were amazing. They were so beautiful and tasted delicious!
The cupcake bouquet was a real talking point, eveyone was so impressed and couldn't believe they were cakes and not flowers. The staff at the wedding venue were really impressed with the cupcake bouquet and said it was one of the best cakes they'd ever seen there!

I recently booked a one to one icing lesson with Rachelle, it was an absolutely brilliant experience.

I am a complete novice but Rachelle's easy-going, relaxed manner with loads of encouragement, gave the confidence to start creating some really complex looking techniques!

I took home 12 incredible looking cupcakes that I am really proud of. I can't recommend Rachelle more highly. I will be booking another lesson in the New Year.

I’ve placed two orders to date – the first was for my twin’s 3rd birthday during lockdown - where I wanted mini cupcakes themed to Peter Rabbit for their friends at nursery given that we couldn't have a party. Well their friends were thoroughly treated to the most amazing mini cupcakes with such beautiful details that were absolutely delicious. I had many parents complimenting me on my baking abilities and made sure that everyone knew that it was down to the talents of Rachelle.

The second order was to treat myself and my mum for Mother’s Day during the lockdown. It was such a treat to receive a box of beautiful tulips which made our day together so much more special and memorable because of the most beautiful cakes.

I would highly recommend Rachel if you want to work with a very creative, effortless and efficient cake designer.

Rachel made the most gorgeous wedding cupcake tower (complete with carrot cake on top for cutting!) She dressed it beautifully with flowers provided by our lovely florist, and the whole thing looked stunning and utterly perfect for our marquee wedding. The cakes were served as pudding and all the guests absolutely loved them! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I ordered a cupcake bouquet and was blown away! The pictures make them look fab but honestly they are even better in real life. Also they taste out of this world!
