Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Leyland

Efficient and reliable. Service was centered around my needs. Choice of frames were sufficient for the shape of my face. Cost reflected all the extras I had chose. I would recommend.

I have just collected my 3 pairs of glasses. Very pleased with them do far although haven't had chance to wear the sunglasses. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Great experience at the Leyland opticians. I had the eye test with the optional eye health check. I'm very happy with my glasses and Anthony was very helpful with the handover and fitting of my glasses and the after care.

I haven't had my eyes tested for years and needed some new glasses. The staff, I think her name was Julie, was brilliant helping me choose a pair of glasses as I really struggled to pick a pair I thought I suited.

Attended my 2 yearly eyetest on Monday morning at 08:45 to be told I had a tear in my retina and they were referring me to Chorley Hospital.
2hrs later Chorley Hospital ring me telling me to attend an appointment at 3:15.
At 4pm I was having emergency surgery to repair 2 tears in my retina.
I cannot recommend the staff enough at this shop as if they had not reacted as fast as they did the outcome I was told would have been a lot worse.
Thankyou for the telephone call at 5pm checking on my welfare.

Leyland Specsavers were very caring and friendly when I went for my eye test, also when I picked my glasses up. All equipment was cleaned before I used it. Store was very clean and staff very friendly and professional. I wasn't rushed into choosing my glasses and they gave me their opinion on which glasses I suited.

I missed my appointment to collect my new readers last Sat, totally forgot 🤦‍♀ so I went in Sunday as I was in town & the young man was so friendly & said its no problem to collect them now. I was given a seat straight away & the new glasses were adjusted to fit perfectly.

He was very professional- staff are always smartly dressed and very courteous. I felt sorry for the young man being inside on a lovely sunny day wearing shirt & tie etc but he chatted away happily & was quick and professional in doing the paperwork so I was in & out in no time.

I noticed from 11 days ago when I'd had the eye check up the building works has come on amazingly & the new flooring & customer booths looked great!

It's definitely a fab opticians with knowledgeable, friendly staff and great service.

My mum had a hearing test and all the staff were so nice to us. I had my guide dog with me and there was no problem taking him in. Great service from very helpful staff who explained everything and answered any questions. I would definitely recommend Specsavers and this particular branch very highly.

I have visited the Leyland branch of Specsavers for a number of years now. Yesterday I had to contact them regarding a concern that I had relating to my left eye.

They were extremely helpful and indeed facilitated an appointment for me at their Chorley branch.

Brilliant service today. I had to bring my 7 year old in as she had broken her glasses. We got a same day appointment after school. We were seen straight away and they had a spare frame in stock so managed to complete the repair there and then. The gentleman was lovely and really efficient. Thanks Specsavers Leyland!

I recently had my first visit to Specsavers and am so happy I moved opticians, the staff are lovely here and so professional.
I would like to especially say thank you to Ady who did my glasses fitting and handover, he was great and after receiving an earful from a bad tempered customer in the shop he didn't let it affect his professionalism or mood and working in retail myself this is sometimes a difficult thing to do. As much as some businesses like to believe the motto the customer is always right in this instance that wasn't the case, some people just carry a chip on their shoulder 🙃
