The Ivory Clinic

I highly recommend dentist Raj supported by her team Komal and Nav at the Ivory Clinic. She has recently been treating me for a tricky situation which has required 3 of my teeth to be removed and replacements to be added to my denture. This was done last week. The procedure went very smoothly and faster than I had expected. I have experienced no pain and very little discomfort. I have another unconnected problem that needs to be treated. Raj has been sensitive to the cost that the different approaches will involve when she has explained the treatment options to me. She wants to do the best for her clients and is not out to make as much money as she can for herself.

My wife and are very pleased with our lovely dentist surgery. My wife is a bag of nervous when we have to go to the dentist but is soon put at ease while she is there. Our dentist talks her through everything and is so gentle and kind. The receptionist is always friendly polite and very helpful. The whole dentist team are wonderful .

Had to undergo root canal treatment. I was in so much pain for weeks, under the impression it was my wisdom tooth. When I called in to the receptionist (Nav) she was so receptive, so helpful and promised to phone back if there were any cancellations. Normally people say this and don’t actually keep you in mind, but she kept her word. I managed to get squeezed into a couple emergency appointments which enabled the dentist, Raj, to begin the procedure to get me out of pain. I can finally sleep again, all pain is gone, and it was a procedure taken with so much care. I’m grateful for the service at The Ivory Clinic, and I am thankful to Nav for being such a lovely, helpful receptionist and to Raj for doing a tremendous job on my terrible tooth!

I have been treated by the new dentist for 3 times in the space of 10 months (Aug 22 - June 23). She is thorough and has very steady hands you can trust. I recommend the clinic to anyone who is thinking of registering with dentist or switching the current one.

i am dreadfully nervous at the Dentist to the point I don’t sleep to well the night before I have to attend the appointment . The receptionist was friendly when I walked in, which does help a lot. I was so pleased with how I was treated by Dr Raj Davit and her staff. She was kind , gentle and very patient. For the first time ever in my life I left feeling happy with my treatment and was not made to feel silly. When I go back in 6 months time , I will still feel very nervous but if Dr Raj is there I know I can trust her so I won’t be so stressed . So Dr Raj please don’t ever think of leaving …. Thank you.

Absolutely love this dental practise! My twins have been coming here for 3 years and every visit is superb. The staff take such great care of them, there is no rush and they listen to every word. Raj is wonderful with them to the extent they love going to the dentist! The end of the visit comes with encouragement and praise and my twins leave feeling on top of the world. Thank you so much, highly highly recommend.

I have been coming here for many years and the current team of Dr Raj and MJ are second to none. They are welcoming, friendly, accommodating, professional and very engaging throughout the whole process. Over the last few months I have needed a couple of treatments and Dr Raj has provided an excellent level of care on both occasions that provided a swift resolution in each case. I therefore have no hesitation in highly recommending her.

Great new dental team at The Ivory clinic now. Very professional and friendly. Found it easy to book appointments as the receptionist was so helpful. The standard of work by the dentist was excellent. My daughter had chipped her two front teeth and it was very noticeable, yet when the dentist had finished, it was invisible. From the colour match to the actual finish, it was incredible!! Would definitely recommend.

I would like to start this review by saying that I have received the best care I have ever received from NHS/Private care from The Ivory Clinic.I emailed the clinic asking for an emergency appointment due to an abscess forming on my tooth.I was in excruciating pain&emailed,they got back to me so quickly&called me back&offered an apt within 24 hours.They made me feel so welcomed and listened to.The dentist Raj is unbelievable.She really helped calm me&was honest about the options I had with my tooth,she listened to my concerns&came up with a plan.Unfortunately my tooth started to become in pain[no fault of the dentist]but due to the antibiotics&me.I emailed again&got a speedy response&was booked in the next day. Raj was so kind to me.She&the dental assistant were so thoughtful,due to the pain I was in&my abscess growing larger they took one look at me&treated me straight away during their own lunch break to perform an incision.I was completely shocked because I wasn’t expecting and hadn’t experienced that level of patient care from anywhere in the NHS/private health so for them to go out of their way to make sure I was ok, I am so appreciative.Raj was so gentle with me&explained each step thoroughly and was so attentive, her energy is so kind.The tooth had to be left open [filled temporarily] so the abscess could leak&I was on antibiotics. Raj called me the next day to check how I was&how I was doing with the antibiotics. I was so grateful she called so I was able to ask her any questions&she responded with such knowledge it really eased my concerns.
We had then scheduled a root canal& I really have to commend receptionist Nav for how kind she was.She was so helpful&listened each time to make sure I was given help.I felt like I did not have to worry&she understood the urgency&went out of her way to help.We scheduled the appointment&the payment was smooth,Raj explained the costs&was very thorough so I don’t feel I was thrown off with unexpected costs.The root canal was split into two appointments.I am so grateful for the whole team!Raj was so thorough to ensure she got every root out of the tooth.She took X-Rays along the way.She also explained in detail the steps she was taking.She explained all the pros/cons&I left with all my concerns answered.Not to mention,Raj was doing this on a tooth that had already been crowned!I was nervous incase I would have to pay for a new crown as the root canal was happening through it.But with her expertise/knowledge of the tooth,how much pressure/how deep to go, she did not crack the crown at all!So it was able to be saved,which saved me a lot of £ which I am so grateful for!!She took out every single root!
Nav was truly amazing&received the best reception/admin care I ever received in a health setting.She understood the urgency&went out of her way to help.She replied with such speed that I felt so reassured.Ensuring I was able to get appointments that fit around my work&also took the time to speak to me when I checked in to the appointment to see how I was doing.She is so kind,compassionate&hardworking,she keeps the process of the practice running so smoothly.
I really want to give special thanks to dentist Raj.She truly was so attentive and thoughtful. Shess so knowledgeable about steps she was going to take and kept me informed throughout.She advised she would try her best to save my tooth from extraction/another crown&did exactly that!!!!! I have never received such a high level of care. From checking the tooth properly, the X-Rays, the medication – to the call to check how I was doing! She is so experienced and knowledgeable about this field that she completely eased my nerves and really did an amazing job on saving my tooth!
Raj and Nav are a huge credit to this surgery and I would say to you to reconsider some of the negative reviews because[I know everyones experience may be different]but mine, from the beginning I was treated with excellent care and knowledge. This is the only dental practice I am going to continue going to in future.

I've just had my first filling done here. I was a bit nervous but Raj, the dentist, was so reassuring and professional, she did a great job! All the staff are very helpful and friendly.

The Ivory Clinic has been our family dentist for many years and the treatment has always been incredibly professional and friendly. I recently had root treatment and a crown fitted over a few visits and it went far easier than I hoped for - Dr Raj and MJ make an excellent team - many thanks.

Dr Raj and her dental nurse MJ were very friendly and professional. I had fillings done and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dentist. You're kept informed throughout the process as they perform the work and any fear about going to the dentist, is now a distant memory. I will definitely be returning for future appointments, but hopefully not too soon :)

appointments i always found stressful like most people but the ivory clinic puts you at ease with great workmanship and caring for your dental needs thankyou to the denist and the staff for there great work.

This is the best dentist I have ever been to. The receptionist is very polite and helpful. The dentist gave sincere advice and the treatment was done to a perfect professional standard. The dentist took time to explain treatment options and did not push me to go for the most costly one! I felt valued as a patient. I have been to many dentists in my life and this one really did stand out as being a cut above the rest.

Very good dental Clinic, and lovely young team, the new staff are all really good and pleasant. I usually only go for private treatment and I have known Dr. Davit from another clinic and she is fantastic. I am looking forward to having Invisalign and Enlighten at this practice from Dr. Davit!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I feel I have to mention a great dental service from Dr Raj and nurse MJ. Very professional, polite, accommodating and going above and beyond the standard level! I had a crown fitted with a great care and virtually painless. Thank you Dr Raj, I will keep smiling!

I had a crown done from Dr Raj and she did an amazing job! It looks completely natural and she puts a lot of care into her work. Dr Raj is very professional and polite, I’d definitely come here for dentistry!

So pleased with the new dentist Raj and nurse MJ. She was great with my two kids and did an excellent scale and polish for me. So great to see this new team after a lull during covid. Great service, clean and everyone wearing masks and doors open for ventilation. Very happy!
