Botwell Medical Center give outstanding customer service and empathy towards patients.

Always helpful with appointments and other services. Reception/Admin/Nurses and Doctors are amazing and we are blessed to have them.

The Southall branch I use for bloods and physio and they are outstanding too, patient and caring and polite at all times.

All my family members attend here and I’ve even recommended many of my friends to both branches who are looking for doctors in those areas.

Really nothing I can say they can do better on. They work all hours and always patient and they are always there to help no matter what.

Botwell medical centre is brilliant surgery. Receptionists are so kind and always in patience. Specially Malti is amazing she always very helpful.

Guru Nanak branch in Hayes has amazing staff,the receptionists are very helpful and do their best to get you seen quick by a doctor. The doctors listen to your help problems especially Dr.Rajak who managed to control my mother arthritis without having to wait to be seen by a specialist.

Great service and experience. There’s a receptionist called Malti who’s a real gem. Thank you so much !
