The Parkview Surgery

Appointment at 8 am yes 8am was seen on time the relativly young doctor explained everything teharding my COPD
I find the surgery first class including the receptionist who i know habe a beru difficult job

I have been going to Park view surgery for the last 15 years. I have always found all levels of staff to be kind, sympathetic and professional. I would thoroughly recommend it

They have finally changed the appointment system ! Triage system you speak to practitioner that day - either it’s sorted on the phone or your seen the same day no more waiting for weeks to see an GP thank you parkview

New appointment system is great ! Found patches a bit tricky to use but submitted in the AM and was seen On the day, no more three week wait to be seen bravo 👏

Great service received from Ola on reception, she was so helpful, friendly and efficient. I have to say I was taken back as its the best service I have received from the surgery. Thank you to Ola.

Phoned up, 2nd in line, emergancy appointment same day. Seen bang on time and problem getting sorted. Fantastic.

First time ever I was served by young new Asian receptionist in this surgery , was Awesome, polite and solved my query. She was very humble too.

Of all the GP surgerys I've ever been to this is one of the best. My experience has always been of helpful and very friendly staff who go out of their way to help you with whatever you need and the doctors are the best, especially my GP Dr Hanna Stera. I have always been able to get an appointment or an emergency appointment as they do their utmost to fit everyone in.

I have been a patient here since before the surgery moved and have always had excellent service when I have needed it.

I have to say this Surgery has changed the staff I've always found good getting in appointment can be difficult but that's the national health service but I have to say the staff and the doctors at the surgery are very good and they've helped me
