Jerry, some years ago, did a wonderful job of a complete bathroom installation for us and that is why we contacted him reference a new boiler fit. This was not a straightforward swap but a relocation which required considerable thought and planning. Jerry approaches each task with great care and imagination and is never tempted by the easy option: quality and professionalism echoes throughout his work and we would recommend him without reservation.

I have used Jerry's services a number of times now over the years.
Last summer he replaced my hot water tank and then he responded to a call one evening when our heating failed 3 days before Christmas, he came out and replaced the pump getting us heating again and then came back on Christmas Eve to flush the system to increase the flow, we now have a very warm house!
I recommend Jerry to my mum last year and he put in a water softener and shower pump for her, she was extremely pleased with the work and as an older woman on her own, felt comfortable with Jerry in the house.

I've had a couple of issues with my central heating this year and Jerry has managed to fix the problems quickly both times. On the latest job he managed to get the heating back up and running temporarily while a part was on order which was a real help. I've used other plumbers in the past who've done a poor job so it's great to find a reliable plumber. I can highly recommend Parnell Plumbing.

We were introduced to Jerry through another business colleague who rated him highly. We have used Jerry for many years and he is a true professional. He will tell you what is needed in the level of detail you require, quotes are clearly lead out. He is an experienced man of his trade and always willing to advise. So if you want a plumbing job done, then there are plumbers out there, but if you want a job done to a professional standard at a fair price, then Jerry is the person I would recommend and I have done with all my friends and neighbours. When you find a great tradesman you tend to keep going back.

Our central heating boiler gave a loud bang and turned itself off. No heating and no hot water on a cold February morning.
Waited until 9am and telephoned Parnell Plumbing & Heating, who rang back within 5 minutes. Explained the situation and Jerry kindly offered to come as soon as possible.

Within 20 mins from my call, Jerry was on site!
He soon diagnosed a broken pump and suggested a solution. All parts needed were on Jerry's van and in less than 2 hours the pump and valves had been replaced, the boiler was running again and the house was warming up.

That is incredible service! I don't think I've ever had a trades person come out that fast, and carry our a full repair, and all in less than 2 hours.
Jerry had previously serviced our boiler and was familiar with our system. His skills and very quick response saved us from a long, cold spell.

We have used Jerry to do work for us over the past 20 years and we would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. He helped us redesign our bathroom and ensuite, just one of the several jobs he has done for us. There is only one problem with contacting Jerry, his time is like gold dust, but if you are prepared to work in with what else he is doing you will have a job done to diamond standard, impeccable.

Jerry fully refurbished our Bathroom, En-suite and Cloakroom. Jerry helped me from the initial design, right through to practical advice on how I could maximise the available space. All three jobs included fully clearing out the current rooms, then preparation for tiling both floor & walls, completely new electrics, bathrooms suites, fitted units & a multitude of accessories. I'm completely happy with the work that was carried out. It was to a very high standard and at a fair price. I moved to Chippenham many years ago, and as I was new to the area, I didn’t know which plumber to call to help fix an issue. I didn’t have a recommendation to follow, but I was extremely fortunate - I selected Jerry Parnell from the local directory. He has subsequently completed a wide range of work for me, including boiler services, installing radiators, refitting showers, and some emergency call outs. He has always been prompt, courteous and completed the work to a very high standard. I have no recommendation in recommending Jerry – indeed, I have recommended him to several people, and they too have been impressed.

Best plumbing job ever. Jerry didn't offer a bigger boiler than needed to push the price up,where others did. He came when he said he would, sorted extra problems with no fuss, fitted the new boiler exactly as agreed, cleaned up thoroughly and charged exactly what he quoted. He was good humoured, honest and open, a real pleasure to meet and deal with. We plan to use Parnell for all future plumbing needs.

Two years ago Jerry recommended and fitted a new ATAG boiler at my house. The installation was flawless and the boiler has been fantastic. At the weekend the boiler sprang a minor leak from the diverter valve. I called Jerry on Monday at 9am, he inspected and diagnosed the fault at 3pm the same day. He then called ATAG and they sent an engineer round to fix it under warranty at 12.30pm the next day. I had no fees to pay at all. Unbelievable service from both Jerry and ATAG.

We have used Jerry many times over the years and have always found him to do quality professional work at a reasonable price and we have no hesitation in recommending him. He recently completed our Daughters new bathroom and the difference between before and after was wonderful; Thanks Jerry

Since moving back to the area in 2004 Jerry has work at my house on many occasions which has included installing a new Mira shower unit, a combimate and a gas boiler. He has also sorted out other plumbing problems that have arisen over the years. Honest and trustworthy, a first rate worker who I have no hesitation in recommending and I have never even thought about employing any other plumber.

Wouldn't use anyone else! We were recommended Jerry Parnell by friends when we moved to the area seven years ago, and we were not sorry for calling him. He's done work on both properties we've resided in since then, from jobs such as leaky pipes and radiator installations, to a boiler breakdown mid-winter. Honest and trustworthy - always happy to explain (plumbing-jargon free!) the work he's carrying out. Great to have someone so dependable.

We noticed a leak from our hot water cylinder and called Jerry who fitted us in first thing next morning, after asking me to send a photo so he had already assessed the issue. He fixed the problem with minimum fuss and a very fair price. We would not hesitate to call Jerry again.

Called Jerry out as our boiler had a strange intermittent fault. I initially had another plumber/heating 'specialist' in, who decided there was nothing wrong with the system. Basically he either didn't know, or couldn't be bothered to investigate properly.
Luckily Jerry listened to me, and agreed there was something strange going on. His measurements soon showed as well that there was an issue with the pump, even though it was spinning. After consulting Vaillant they told us 'it could be a weak pump'. Strange because normally the pump works or it doesn't, but not somewhere in between. Agreed on ordering a new pump and the system works now as it should do. Thanks to Jerry's determination and excellent technical knowledge the problem was solved where others had failed miserably.

Straight up great work at a very good price. I will be recommending Mr Parnell to all my family and friends from now on. I like to know that I can trust the experts who keep our homes running smoothly. I already have Jerry booked in for more work. 10/10

We have used Gerry for 2 major projects as well as being our first call for routine repairs/emergencies. In addition to 2 full bathroom installations with plumbing, tiling, and electrics as well as the fixtures, fittings and cabinets, he has fitted our new boiler, our water softener, fixed the heating system and replaced taps.

His work is excellent and carried out with great skill to his own exacting personal standards. He even redid some tiling in his own time and at his own expense when he wasn't satisfied, even though we were!

When we needed him to come out and fix the heating at short notice, he came round late in the evening to ensure that we our guests weren't left in the cold.

I have been totally satisfied with his work ago the extent that I have recommended him to good friends, which isn't something I do very often.

Hard to find a reliable plumber. Glad to say Parnell Plumbing is one i now trust and have used several times for major and minor plumbing work. I'm very fussy on my installs and both bathrroom renovations have been very professionally completed. All work is guaranteed and to a high quality with competitive rates.

Called Jerry this morning after waking up in a freezing home to find boiler had no power! He was round early afternoon, and had diagnosed the fault, called a supplier to enquire after a replacement part, gone to collect and then return to fit all in under 1 1/2 hours. Amazing service - thank you Jerry!!
