Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Preston

Positive experience from start to finish. Friendly staff, great car.

Had to plan my trip up north, and Enterprise came to rescue!. I received a callback from the team in a few mins to confirm my details and delivery of the vehicle.
I was very impressed by the team on Duty(Saqib and Shahid) they were very professional and courteous on boarding and off boarding. We will definitely use their services again! 😀

Yesterday (27th December) all North Bound trains were cancelled from Preston. The office was full with people trying to get home from Christmas breaks. The staff did a brilliant job and kept there cool on which no doubt would have normally been a quiet day. They had selection boxes for the kids also which was a brilliant touch.

A big shout out to all the staff working at Preston Enterprise on 27.12 you should be proud of yourselves.

I need to give a shout out for Thomas and his team at Preston. Last Thursday all North bound train services terminated at Preston, Scotland services cancelled. I managed to book a vehicle centrally but when I arrived at the office the lot was almost empty. They had been inundated with people in my situation and had nothing left.

The team however made me feel welcome and allowed me to use the facilities and take a breather before heading back to the station (I was suffering with a bad back) They even allowed me to charge up my phone. However, Thomas had a brainwave and asked his team to check in with the renter of a VW Caddy delivery van - he hadn't turned up. Bingo. He didn't need it. So the deal was done at the original price quoted plus extras at no charge and I was on my way in the very last vehicle they had available.

Thanks to Thomas and his team for bailing me out and for the welcome at Edinburgh airport when I handed it back. All the staff were extremely friendly and willing to help. Happy Christmas to you all!

Hired a car for a month due to my car had broken down and I need it ASAP. Went online to book a car for a suitable size for myself. Went there with good ,friendly service and one of the staff Dominic did well on his customer service, checked the car is fully checked and make sure I that I am satisfied first. Booked a Luton van which was delivered from the Manchester site to Preston. Easy to book, friendly staff, nice van to drive.

Fantastic service, we booked a car for Majorca. Had no issues. The pick up was easy and fast, staff very helpful. Car was great. The drop off was also excellent. Would highly recommend 👍

The company I work for uses this place for all our business travel. Very friendly customer service always willing to help. Have been provided a diverse range of cars but no problem with any of them. Pick up and drop off service is great.

Got a requirement to use enterprise, nice friendly staff (Amina, Muhammad and the team) decently priced and very professional would highly recommend to all. Got a car at short notice and to add they had a hybrid which saved lots on fuel, one thing I should add is, they are very very busy so hard to get on the telephone, head office should provide a dedicated person to only answer phones other then that, all good

Rented my first rental from this company and even got a free upgrade. Amazing team at the Preston aqueduct street branch. I have continued to rent since then on a weekly basis. Used enterprise car rental through my employer and it was a smooth service despite me leaving the booking last minute. The staff were really friendly- I think it was Mina who I dealt with and she made sure to explain everything thoroughly even whilst attending to multiple customers on her own. Would use again 👍

My insurance company arranged a hire car for me at the Preston branch on Aqueduct st and from start to finish I was very happy with the service from all the team.
Really big thanks to Ryan who talked me through all the information at the start and for Sophie who helped me out over the phone a lot and made sure everything was ok with the service provided.
Loved driving the Ford Fiesta Eco, it was such a lovely drive and everything was clean inside and out.

We had a very good experience with Enterprise rent a car. Very friendly staffs. Greetings people with a smile. They listen to customers need and suggest them accordingly. Online or in showroom booking the car is very simple. It's Just like an easy piece of cake. And when we went to return the car they, in fact, dropped us, which clearly states how they value the customers. Overall satisfied.

Great customer service. Quick turnaround times. Very helpful. The cars could do with a but more thorough clean.
