Argos Sutton (Inside Sainsbury's)

Best Sainsbury’s to shop in locally. It’s Modern and clean and very spacious. The car park does get full during peak times. I think a lot of it is the free parking you get so gym goers use it and people shopping in Sutton so intend to shop in the evenings and have no trouble. They also have plenty of children/parents parking.

A little frustrated with the electronic catalogue, having to 'drill-down' to search and not being able to enter a full qwerty style search string but once I found what I was looking for was then disappointed to see it out of stock. Fortunately I queried its next availability and was delighted to hear it could be delivered in the afternoon. I duly paid and awaited its arrival which was within the time scale as advised by text.
Great service, very impressed.

Staff were extremely helpful and patient as I was unfamiliar with the ordering procedure. They waited for me to get to grips with the system and gave service with a smile.😊😊

Lovely service today from Lloyd. We bought a bike and had to cycle it home - he went above and beyond to make sure it was safe and put together correctly.

Reserved an item in the morning and it was ready to collect at 4pm that afternoon - amazing. I was served by Charlotte who was incredibly professional. An all round brilliant experience

Simple shopping. Staff do their jobs properly. Purchasing is straightforward and if there's a problem with the product, returning it is drama free. Very good.

Good customer service

I bought a pair of onkyo headphones about a month ago from the streatham store, but unfortunately one of the buds started playing the music very quietly. I went into the Sutton store, explained the situation and it was resolved immediately. The onkyo earphones were out of stock but I swapped them for beats, willing to pay the £5 on top. Turns out they were on sale and I got them for £10 cheaper than I originally paid! Bargain!

Great service and really helpful. Let's hope these headphones last longer though.

Can be busy at times but they have made it quicker by installing self pay machines.

Easy going staff, waiting times can be up to 15 minutes on a busy day. So try avoiding those times.

Great place ! Prices are very very affordable, staff are friendly ( both in store and delivery) , incredible delivery and collection in store times, and a huge range of products!

Never have any issues in here. If you have a problem it's quickly sorted and staff are friendly friendly.

If you want to use click n collect probably ok, but not easy to park and do your shopping around.
