I went to Preston Audi today with my mum looking for a new car. We got chatting to Ifan who showed us to a beautiful Audi A1. He listened to everything we had to say & was so lovely. We went for a test drive & not once did I feel under pressure. He made us feel totally at ease. Wasn’t pushy at all and super friendly. We decided to go ahead and Ifan made the whole process so easy.
