Stardom at Todds

Five stars are too often awarded when an organisation or service is quite good, no problems, OK, best there is. But like Michelin stars they should be awarded only for the outstanding, the excellent, the top of some grade which can be measured. By this measure, after our 30 years of long-term long-distance travel in a series of six motorhomes, Todds service and sales personnel deserve our 5 stars.

Recently I called to arrange a habitation service and minor internal repairs, prior to a Spring journey through southern Europe and into Turkey. Paul in the workshop reception was immediately engaged and helpful. He was that rare individual who can give the matter in hand his full attention, inspecting the broken lock, making encouraging statements and booking me in to combine the repair with the habitation service.

All the work was completed in one day – the very thorough and comprehensive habitation check and a number of small repairs (door lock, shower door catch, shelf in garage and a new mains socket). The background to this technical competence was a very friendly and professional approach from all of Paul’s team of motorhome aficionados! (Please note that there two Pauls, both equally worthy of note).

Between this habitation work and the earlier associated One Call Garage service of the engine and chassis, we can set off with increased confidence.

Fantastic people work here. Service staff and accessory staff were first class. I resisted the sales staff temptations as we only got our motorhome in April. I waited in the waiting area for my boiler service and repair and was even served a cup of coffee by a charming lady.

FANTASTIC! Absolutely brilliant service. First time we have been to Todd’s. Paul from the service department is a true gentleman, got my mother’s motorhome sorted and underway quickly. The shop is great and has loads of motorhome items. All of the staff were kind and friendly. Finally a company who appreciates their customers. Nice to find a company who are friendly and who you can trust. Would return 100%

I bought my motorhome in December 2022. It was due its habitation service. So decided to let Todd’s carry out the service. They definitely have my custom now and won’t be taking my motorhome anywhere else. Very friendly and professional guys & gals. Nothing too much trouble for them. Soon as my motorhome was ready for collection Paul from service gave me a call. Definitely 10/10….👍🏼

In the process of looking to buy our first motorhome we came across Todds and were immediately impressed by the approach of all the staff, in particular, Andrew from sales and Martin in the shop. We were extremely fortunate in that they had exactly the vehicle we were looking for and the purchase went ahead smoothly. The quality of advice and level of after sales service has been exemplary throughout and we are delighted with our new motorhome.

Absolute delight to do business with. Steve sorted everything perfectly including the part exchange of our car against the Tribute campervan, no hassle and no pressure. Normally I haggle a bit over price but there was no need, got a very good price on my car and the van was an absolute bargain which also included a full years MOT and warranty.

We were selling our Ford Transit Custom Campervan and filled out the form on their website. Not long after i received a email from Stuart asking for some pictures as it was something he would be interested in. We sent pictures and received an offer a hours later, which we accepted. Stuart and his son then came and picked up the van and stayed to make sure the money had been transfered into my wives account. Was a bit unsure tbh of selling to a dealer but this transaction was faultless and Stuart and his son were very polite and friendly, a brilliant company to deal with, will highly recommend them.

Well established business, have purchased from them in the past. A little short on stock at the moment, but then most dealers are.

Fabulous service from them,was only looking for a lantern battery,they went beyond helping.

First class, excellent sales advise and a fantastic helpful service team.

Easy buying experience with good friendly staff but with most companies it's the after sales that make the difference and Todds really do make a difference and go the extra mile.
After buying our campervan it developed an unforeseen issue, something myself & Todds hadn't seen before.
Todds went above and beyond to help and fix the issue, nothing being to much trouble.
The staff on the maintenance team were great.
If you want piece of mind when buying a motorhome and want superb after sales support I'd highly recommend Todds.

Purchased an Autosleeper Symbol in September. Very smooth handover by Andrew. All staff were fantastic. Big thank you to Craig and Mandy for their very friendly hospitality in the shop. The aftersales service has been outstanding, Paul has been nothing but brilliant with all our needs since the purchase. Just a few issues to deal with and there was no problem by Paul to sort everything out. We can't recommend Todds enough Thank You once again to you all.

Wonderful team of people making dreams come true! Steve was fantastic all through the buying process and the service team have been brilliant with sorting a couple of minor niggles post purchase.

I was talking to a couple from the Outer Hebredes there last week, whilst waiting (not very long) for my minor niggles to be sorted. They'd come all that way and were waiting 5hrs for their habitation check, having dealt with Todds for many, many years. Now if that doesn't say something about trust and reliability, I don't know what does!

Had some work done on my Bailey motorhome earlier today and was impressed from start to finish with the courtesy and professional level of service. Both Pauls warrant a mention as they are a credit to the company as was everyone employee I interacted with throughout my visit. Keep up the great levels of customer service guys and girls, you're raising the standard within the motorhome industry.
