Big THANK YOU to the receptionist who went the extra mile in helping me today. She could see I was frustrated with the appointment booking system and took the time to listen to my problem, helping me as best she could. Thanks for the excellent customer service....especially for a busy Monday morning.

I personally feel like I'm being cared for very well by the staff I've dealt with so far.

I can only speak for myself, but I find that this is an excellent practice. The receptionists are always helpful and the GPs and Practice Nurse have always responded properly.
I've been on their books for many years. It's a great primary health care site.
I make a point to be polite. I think, when they're under pressure, the people answering the phones maybe appreciate it and respond more positively. Just a thought. ;)

I love the extended opening hours. Very busy reception staff who work extremely hard are polite under difficult circumstances. The doctors and nurses have always been kind and efficient.

All doctors surgeries are now oversubscribed - if you follow the advice and turn-up at 8am to make an appointment or call promptly at 8am you will definitely get seen. I have a baby and have been seen regardless of time making appointment for the baby. All the doctors and nurses I have seen have been very kind, considerate and professional.

Its very rare that I go to the GP. I has to go about 6 weeks as my mum was deteriorating and I was very upset. Dr Graham was brilliant with me, very caring and gave me great advice. My mum sadly passed away last sunday. I would like to thank Dr Graham for his help.

I rang this evening as I was concerned for my mum as she has covid and not improving . The receptionist was very calm and listened to my concerns and the GP contacted my mum within half hour. I just want to say thank you.

I love Rachel the nurse she always makes me feel welcome and has never made me feel like am a nuisance. If I could go to Rachel for all my medical needs I would shes honestly Lovely.

I think this surgery is a good one. Anyone who thinks it's not wants to try going with park view medical center wrongly diagnosed my 12 month old neice told us she had a viral infection when really it was pneumonia later that day she was rushed to intensive care and that doc was supposed to be the best there Dr rohan so maybe sometimes people's attitudes have a reaction on there experience

Very good service with helpful staff. Yes there are issues getting seen but I think that is a national problem everyone is dealing with.

It is a very good Medical center. Whenever I call them for an appointment it is easy and fast to make it. The staff and doctors are responsible and friendly.

All the staff at this Pharmacy will go as far as it takes to ensure that you are a satisfied customer. They are courteous, efficient and professional.

Lovely clean surgery and friendly staff, no problems getting an appointment just have to keep phoning at 8am to get through.
