We have spent over £50,000 on Thomas Crapper fixtures & fittings throughout our home over the last 2 year refurbishment. The cistern in one bathroom failed after 2 weeks and started to leak. We have waited over 4 months for a replacement. Thomas Crapper would turn in his grave if he knew what poor service was on offer. Absolutely disgusting. No loyalty to customers what so ever.

Thomas Crapper have lost the plot. I had their products in my previous home and they were excellent. This time everything they sent out has been faulty or not matched. Silver fittings on the toilet for a brass suite, the wrong sink attachments, a sink with flaws in in. When we reported the sink with flaws they said we had to buy another one before they would inspect the faulty one. Eventually they did send a new one, but not before annoying a loyal customer. Eventually I gave up on the sink waste fitting. I just bought a brass one from my hardware store. Now the solid oak toilet seat has split in half. They are subcontracting all the work to manufacturers and don't appear to be checking it themselves before it leaves the warehouse. Plus their sales outlet (Ocean Bathrooms) place the orders but the Thomas Crapper warehouse doesn't check that the parts co-ordinate before distributing it causing massive delays with your builder. What a waste of a great brand. It's not what it used to be.
