We used Wayne's team for a house move in March this year and the service was professional and seamless from start to finish. They took all the stress out of the move and were helpful and friendly throughout. We recently needed help to move a heavy wardrobe from our house and so I contacted Wayne. He got back to me straight away and a couple of his lads fitted us in between jobs and came round the next day. We can highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

We have recently moved and used John Wales removals which was a truly excellent experience from beginning to end. We went for the full pack service and they really did go the extra mile and took a lot of the stress out of the move. Wayne was great to communicate with and we felt in safe hands throughout the whole journey! When the boss has a good relationship with his staff, it's always a good sign. This was a huge job, with many difficulties. The seven men needed worked incredibly hard and efficiently as a team. Everything was beautifully packed; nothing broke, nothing lost. Wayne went well beyond the call of duty (my numerous muddy plants!) . It was a pleasure to have them around us at a very stressful time.

John Wales moved us from a rented property and lock up storage unit into our new home. Just to be clear, I have not been asked or chased to write a review, this is unsolicited.
From the quoting to the final box being placed, Wayne and his team were professional, good humoured, efficient and careful. This was my 13th move and that can’t be said of all removal companies.
On the removal day, they were running a few minutes (I mean a few minutes) late and Wayne texted to put my mind at ease that they were just minutes away. This attention to detail matters on one of the most fraught days of your life!
Moving is a stressful business and John Wales made our move as smooth running and pleasant as it could be.

Amazing service normally one had two or perhaps three people to do past removals but 4 strong guys turned up.The driver organised everyone well and the guys knew exactly what they needed to do. They came properly equipped and worked away cheerfully and moved my things into store.
They will then have to move out of store to take my things to Devon when solicitors finally get their fingers out. If only solicitors were as efficient as Wayne's team

It was a tough get out with difficult access on a busy main road in searing heat but they didn't complain once.
Also excellent value for money, worth every penny, I'm so glad we went with this company.

We recently (4 January 2019) used John Wales Removals to move our furniture from Bromham to Bowerhill. (in Wiltshire) They were recommended to us by a friend and we are grateful for that recommendation as they proved to be outstanding.
Wayne and his team of 4 arrived promptly at the stated time and we were most impressed with the degree of care taken in protecting our possessions as well as their efficiency in getting everything into one large pantechnicon.

We used John Wales removals for our recent move from Trowbridge to Swindon and they did an excellent job. Wayne provided us with more than enough boxes and was on hand for any advice. Great service. Supplied plenty of boxes and tape. Used paper instead of bubble wrap so more eco friendly.
Arrived at specified time on removal day with 4 workers. Took 6/7hrs from collecting at old house to finishing unloading at new house. So nice quick and efficient service. Friendly guys who were careful working.

Wayne and his team moved the contents of our house over three days. Throughout this time they were courteous and, at all times, went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. I would strongly recommend this company.
