Hi I thoroughly recommend Mears. They explained everything and were really helpful and professional. Sharon was fantastic and everyone on the day was very respectful. We also had James as our celebrant and he was a huge help. He helped us work out how to plan the service and he hit the perfect note on the day. Thanks all.

Very empathetic team at Mears to make the difficult time somewhat more bearable. Sharon listened to all our requests and tried to fulfil as much as she could, even going out of the way to try and find a bilingual celebrant and looking up various funeral streaming services. The day of the funeral went smoothly; Grant and his team were very respectful. It's so important to find a team that helps, given the horrendous grief we all experience during such a time.

At an extremely difficult time for us Sharon couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding of our distress , she went the extra mile to make sure the service was just as we wanted it for the music, photos, she particularly selected the perfect order of service and helped design outstanding floral tributes . I could not recommend Mears highly enough. We dealt with Steve and Sharon and found them to be very professional, considerate and responsive from our first interaction and all the way through, which for us included a repatriation. I had a lot of questions and Sharon was amazing at coming back to me and was just lovely to deal with. They take away a lot of the stress during a very difficult time.

Sharon at the Orpington branch was a credit to Mears family funerals she was so committed and compassionate with the funeral fir my aunt Carol slark and Rhys also was a credit to this funeral service and I would highly recommend anyone to use them when need a service for your family etc going forward

The patience and attentiveness throughout the whole process from beginning to end was exceptional. Sharon was particularly so understanding with my million questions and detailed answers. The team were always just a call a way to alleviate any stress or worries especially as I was doing a repatriation. They are brilliant!

Sharon was a pleasure to work with. Obviously kind, experienced, and discreet. Knew police, hospital, morgue, doctor, coroner and registrar processes perfectly. Informed multiple people of multiple dates and times, whilst maintaining discretion in all communications. One mistake with the chosen box for the ashes was rectified within a day. Official paperwork dealt with promptly.
