This delightful hire company saved our day today. Let down badly by Enterprise we popped in to ask for help. Bradley was so kind and sorted us a van in no time, he even warmed it up for us. We were emptying my mother in laws house as she had died and it has been sold. We knew it would be a difficult day and we’re dreading it. Smart car and van hire made a difficult day so much better by being efficient, helpful and kind. Would highly recommend them.

Quick and easy hiring, got a large van to transport some of my stuff whilst moving house and the process was very easy. I was even running slightly behind time to drop off the vehicle and the guy there stayed a little later than normal so I could still drop it off that day and not get charged.

I needed large van to move some AV equipment urgently, tried a few places around the area, but no-one had anything i needed on such short notice. Their prices were fair and dispite me being panicky, they were professional, helpful and efficient. The van was clean, looked like it had been cared for and ran well. Only thing that would have made it better is maybe an optional small deposit for a set of securing straps, (only because i forgot mine)

I will definitely be keeping their number in my phone book for next time.
