Scott’s Pie and Mash Orpington

I stumbled across the place while my wife was at a school reunion. It been many years since i tasted pie and mash with liquor. Must be at least 45 years . Now 73 this lunch transported me back to the 1960’s with my mum to Manzes pie and mash shop in Chapel market, Islington. London. It the best lunch I have had for a long time. WELL DONE Scott’s of Orpington .

I love traditional pie (double) , mash (single) & liquor washed down with a decent mug of tea. That's why I enjoy my visits to Scott's, my local Pie & Mash. Reasonably priced ' for less traditionalists the menu offers other stuff.
Not open Mondays.

Lovely place to go for lunch time. Really friendly staff and very good prices.

Very tasty and delicious. Adding some vinegar and salt and you are ready to go. Services pretty fast..

Ordered my lunch from here today, and what an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and I forgot to order liquor to go with my pie, i only ordered the gravy.. I called the restaurant to see if I could add some on and the lovely woman I spoke to send me some free of charge! What a lovely little gesture, it made my day. The lady is a credit to your shop and you've made a loyal customer out of me!

Best and most authentic pie and mash in south London. You won’t find better for miles around. Liquor is done proper and the pies are to die for. Friendly staff too.

Have eaten here quite a few times and it never disappoints. It's a victim of its own success though as tables fill up very quickly. Staff are friendly and efficient, pie and mash is the original fast food. Go try it!!

Went to Scott's pie and mash today, had pie mash and liquor best pie and mash in town. It was absolutely delicious will be returning in the next couple of weeks as the food was divine it was proper traditional and thank you so much

Did one shop visit and 3 Uber eats orders and can say the quality and taste of the pies are to be appreciated, all freshly baked on the day (I did not ask but you know when you bite into one). Tried the jellied eels ones still on the fence but pie mesh and liquor top notch.

Great pie and mash - from Hank Marvin to stuffed in 15 minutes, proper job.

Haven't had pie mash and liquir in soo long, have been meaning to try this shop for well over a year and it did not dissapoint myself or my 13year old son who is a massive fan. We both felt it was the best pie and mash we have ever had, will definitely be returning to have more. Quick service, had it as a take away, and still was delious can't wait to come and sit in and have this. Well done scotts!!

I only recently tried Scott’s Pie and Mash, and have literally had it 4 times this week, staff are super friendly and helpful and it usually takes about 2-5 minutes to prepare the food depending on how busy it is, would definitely recommend giving it a try

This is the best pie and mash in South East we now live in West Sussex and we drive up for a special treat now and again lovely food.

My Mum and I came here for lunch yesterday, and we both had pie and mask with liquor … First time we had ever been here, and we throughly enjoyed it 😊 was very filling and good value for money … Can recommend x
