The experience I had today was out of this world! It was a speedy service, BEYOND EXCELLENT customer service and great products on display. I am most definitely going to be a regular customer. I had to get my bike fitted with slim tubes and he was able to sort it out for me EFFICIENTLY! He did a tremendous job!

I recently visited Preston Cycles and was thoroughly impressed with their great service and wide selection of bikes. Not only are their prices affordable, but the quality of their products is top-notch. The lads were friendly and knowledgeable.
I highly recommend them.

Today for the first time I walked in to this place, i had few minor adjustments to be done to my bike. This guy quickly started work on my bike and spent about 15-20mins of his time and fixed my bike. Asked him how much do I pay you, he says ‘no’ that’s fine because this was just minor thing for me and we don’t charge for such work. Honestly at first I was very surprised because he spent good time on my bike and there was another customer waiting outside as well. I insisted because for the same job I was charged about £5-10. But this guy dint take a penny. I asked his name, he said I am Dan and I own this place. That’s the second shock I had lol :-) I couldn’t believe he was the owner. So humble and polite. You definitely gain a lot more customers, I am going to recommend your place to all my friends.

Absolutely brilliant service, after Halfords made a right mess of a wheel change on my electric bike Dan had it fixed up and moving like new, also had new brake cables and pads fitted and all under £40, I rode my bike home and it felt brand new again. Top service, top lad, top score 5 stars 🌟

Very helpful staff, was out on a ride and noticed my tyres were under inflated, popped in to the shop with no appointment and was sorted within minutes! Great customer service!
