What can I say... This is how car purchasing should be done. Tom was unbelievable from start to finish, the car was PERFECT, I opted for the ceramic polish and was well worth it. Nothing pushy at any point, polite, knowledgeable, followed up everything asked. The owner even popped down to check everything was spot on, he deserves every success in this business, I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody. The whole team are amazing. Andy the prep manager even popped over to check everything was to standard, he really cares about his work as do the whole team. Well done all!!!

Very impressive from the first contact with Jordan at Oakdene to purchase a rather lovely Audi S5 Cabriolet.
Every step was well managed and communicated by Jordan from the test drive to prepping the car and finally organising the collection.
I used a local independent Audi specialist to check the car post-sale and, testament to the mechanics and prep teams behind the scenes, there was nothing to find, mechanically or otherwise.

Last weekend I came to collect my 2017 Manual 440I. My experience with Tom was very positive with the while process taking approximately 1.5 hours (was delayed due to the payment transfer taking longer than expected). I decided to opt for the ceramic coating which I would highly recommend for anyone intending to purchase a car. This cost approximately £495 and gives the car a new lease on life and is definitely a worthwhile investment. I enjoyed being able to look around the car in an open private area with plenty of space so I could have a good look at the car and ensure I was satisfied with everything. The car looked even better than described and I was very happy with the finish from the ceramic coating. Tom was very informative about the vehicle giving plenty of information regarding the cars history and previous maintenance and also called a week after purchasing the car to ensure I was happy with everything and if I had any further questions. Overall I would highly recommend Oakdene Collections to anyone who is intending to purchase a car and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Absolutely amazing service, didn’t pressure me into picking a vehicle when I needed time to think about a few options they had, Andy Cutts the prep manager and Jordan the sales rep explained the process to me and helped me understand from start to finish, I chose a BWM M4 convertible and feel really felt looked after by Andy, Jordan and the team. Highly recommend this place 👏 amazing cars, amazing service and amazing people.

From start to finish, Jordan was amazing to deal with and speak to. No pushy sales techniques, just letting the car sell itself. I did find the appointment only after a deposit and interesting way to do business, but it works for them and allows the cars to be completely prepped and in the best condition when going to view. From the initial query to the actual day of collection yesterday, the service provided by Tom Hill was first class. Nothing was too much trouble, and all my questions were answered very quickly. I was greeted with a big smile upon arrival to collect the car, and was given the freedom to look around it and take it for a test drive by myself.

The pictures of the car on the Internet advert were absolutely stunning, and along with the overall spec and low mileage of the car were the major factor for my interest in the first place.

I would highly recommend using Oakdene Collection to purchase a vehicle, and their location is ideal to get to by train or road.

From the moment to our first call to collecting the car they kept us up to speed with every step so we knew what was happening and when!

If you love cars like we do I can't stress enough you NEED to have the Ceramic Paint Protection as it made our car look brand new! I recently purchased a BMW X5 from Oakdene Collection and dealt with Scott for the purchase. Communication before arriving at the showroom was great and the customer service was brilliant. When arriving at the showroom we were greeted by the immediate offer of a coffee after a 3 hour drive. We were shown to the car and were left for as long as we wanted to check the car over. There were no pushy sales and it was a very laid back and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a car from these guys, you will not regret it. I purchased a Car a couple weeks ago from Oakdene after finding the right one online . I was a bit apprehensive about paying the deposit of £300 and not being able to view the car first .However everything was as promised and expected . The service from Scott was first class and exceeded my expectations. If you find the right car at Oakdene then just go for it because they really do look after you and the cars are as advertised from my experience.

Put a deposit on this Range Rover without viewing it , spoke to Tom who arranged a viewing, the car was immaculate, drove home the same day . Excellent experience

What a breath of fresh air!
Having had two recent experiences of trying to buy a new car and them both ending badly, Oakdene Collection have absolutely restored my faith. The process was faultless, with every thought and consideration given to us, the buyer. There was one small issue with the vehicle but it was sorted out quickly and again with priority given to it being right for us. Scott was just lovely, courteous, and explained the nature of their business that help to reassure us that it was a good honest company to deal with, which hasn’t been our experience with other companies. We can not rate them highly enough and we will contact them again when we are looking for an upgrade.
Four days on and we are still talking about how brilliant they all are.

Amazing experience with Oakdene!

Jordan was great from the onset! I called about the car and I knew this was the one, Jordan was great with all the help I needed with initial checks for the car.

On the day of viewing the car the first time I was just all smiles seeing it for the first time at their premises.

Stunning showroom with many other prestigious cars.

We got a chance to drive the car in our own time with anyone else to bias our views, on return Jordan made all the paper work clear and once they finished all the prep for a car leaving their possession I got a train to the station conveniently located 3 mins walk to pick up my new car.

I honestly can’t say how seamless it was and how happy I was to have purchased a car with Oakdene Collection and with Jordan and Tom.
