Elaichi Restaurant

We had a superb family meal here tonight. We always get takeaways from Elaichi and we've had a few eat in meals and tonight's was just as good. Really great choice and the quality and flavours are just amazing. We've never had a bad meal from here and everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Great atmosphere too.

We've eaten in the restaurant and had no complaints, fantastic service. We've had several takeaways now and each meal has been amazing!! No faults at all. An easy to use website, freshly cooked meals and a fast delivery. We will continue to support The Elachi and always highly recommend them!!

We went on Friday night with our friends and the service was excellent, the curry’s tasty and well presented. My Chicken Biryani was very nice with lots of chicken and a nice vegetable curry. Will be returning.

Highly Recommend - went recently for a relatives birthday and couldn't fault the place. Food was flavorful, service both quick and attentive, and our server really did go the extra-mile to make the occasion feel special! :)

Best curry in the area! Staff are always friendly and helpful. We frequently put large orders in and have never had a problem. Food is delicious! Can't recommend enough.

Love going here to see Abab and the team, especially on a Scott Elvis night. The service is exemplary, the food is always presented very well and it's tasty too. Go along and try it. I am going again for my birthday this year with a whole bunch of friends and very much looking forward to it.

We ordered takeaway and were really impressed. Arrived sooner than the 50 mins we were told and the food was all delicious, fresh, big portions and hot! Would definitely order again

It has been a while since we were here. Friendly welcome and service, good selection of dishes at reasonable prices.

First visit in nearly 18 months because of Covid and its restrictions, and we found much changed but also much still as before, including the usual warm friendly and personal welcome from the manager
Internally the restaurant has had a makeover, new decoration, some might not like the new decoration on first visit, new furniture, carpet, and cutlery etc
The menu has also been refreshed but our favourites remain and as good as ever in quality, taste quantity and quality
Elaichi remains in my view the best Indian restaurant in the Wantage area

Very nice Indian. Has some good variations in the menu as well as the traditional favourites. Staff very friendly. We have been coming for 15 years!

Been going here for over a decade and its easily the best Indian I’ve ever been to. If you can, definitely visit. 👍
