He was very personable and calm, he responded to emails in a timely fashion and really made things work in terms of timings for viewings, he also offered great advice. All correspondence has been sent through quickly, but all of this was managed in a way that was not pushy. Ben made what could have been a difficult time very straightforward and stress free.
