We had a fantastic experience working with Jackson Stops in Weybridge, particularly with Tim and Sunny. Their customer service was exceptional, always staying on top of the case and promptly responding to any inquiries. They were incredibly patient and easy to deal with throughout the property purchase process. Working with them was an absolute pleasure, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in the market for a new property.

Jackson Stops were very involved on the journey from having the offer accepted to completion ensuring that any issues were quickly resolved. The agent I was dealing with Rosie Poole, provided regular updates on the progress of the chain, sellers position and the conveyancing. I can safely say that without Rosie’s persistence the lengthy and complicated chain of properties would of have not completed without any major issues!

Jackson stops offers an amazing 5 star service to its clients from our point of view. We appreciate all the help offered in particular from Rosie Poole who did take a lot of time and effort to book all our viewings on the days requested given our tight and busy schedules. She has excellent negotiation skills and her attention to detail made the whole viewing process easy for us. We were not too sure about the areas we were looking at for our future home but she helped us to think outside the box and we are now looking forward to move to our future home with a more focused and enlightened point of view. She quickly engaged with us as clients and worked in a favourable way considering our needs at all times.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jack as Jackson-Stops Weybridge, whilst looking into options for moving to the Weybridge area. Jack was brilliant, showed me a few diverse options, all of which I was impressed with and liked. His relaxed and pragmatic approach was very appreciated, answering all my questions and not putting pressure on me to act/decide. My move ultimately was paused but I will certainly contact Jack again when I am re-looking at it.

We have used Jackson Stops in Weybridge for several years to manage a property we own and rent out in Weybridge. Last year we had an unfortunate experience with a member of the lettings staff who dropped the ball on our tenants renewal as he moved to a new job and did not pass on information to the team, and the whole renewals team seemed in disarray. We have had very professional service throughout the process of letting our property. Once we made contact we received regular check-ins from Joe providing advice and market insights during the refurbishment, marketing and letting of the property. This continued with Jack in finalising things with the tenant, attending to the legal side, and really going the extra mile to assist with outstanding issues. All in all this considerate 'attention to detail' approach was very assuring and made the experience as stress free as it could be.

Despite the tough market conditions the team in Weybridge did a great job in marketing our property with an offer wrapped up in very short fashion. From our house going to market to exchange of contracts the team have been excellent taking much of the burden from us.

Jacksons Weybridge's letting team led by Joe has been an absolute godsend for my rental with the sudden departure of the tenant. They explained my options and likely timescale for next steps. Tim and his team really worked hard and managed to arrange a huge number of viewings. The staff at the Jackson-Stops Weybridge are excellent. They have tried their best to find out a buyer for our house in Walton on Thames by contacting more than 200 potential buyers and also secured some viewings. However, due to the fact that mortgage rate is very high right now, it is not the good time for selling a relatively large house. Although they have not managed to find out a buyer for us yet, we are sure that they will be successful once the housing market is turning to be better than what it is now. We truly appreciate the work and help by the Jackson-Stopes Weybridge!
