We rented a property in Weybridge for which APW were the letting agents. From start to finish they provided excellent care and communications. All queries were handled quickly and efficiently. Josh Michels, as our property contact person, was always willing to offer assistance and advice. Based on our experience, we would recommend APW Weybridge to any prospective tenant.

APW has been our agent for our property that they have rented out and maintained for the past 6 years. We have always found them professional in dealing with our tenants and with ourselves. They are very responsive if there is a problem and the contractors they use are of a high standard. APW had been in our life for 7 years and where situations had not always been straightforward - APW were always there to help and find a solution.

The one person at APW that stood out was Helen. She had been fantastic - always putting the needs of us (tenants) first and really helped us out whenever we needed it. Clearly APW respected the landlords because our one was fantastic and trusted us with keeping their home clean and tidy!

The team, Antonio, Yana and Helen, have been absolutely fabulous in assisting us and have been so patient and wonderful answering my hundreds of questions. They are professional, friendly and super on it! From booking a viewing, right through to all our documentation and sorting the new property out, they have been so attentive. I became a client of APW Lettings (Weybridge) earlier this year and am so glad that I did. My property required a major refurbishment before it could be re-let and Karen did an absolutely fantastic job of this, going way beyond the call of duty to keep me informed and to stay on my budget. I'm delighted with the results. I have also been extremely impressed with, and am greatly thankful to, all the office staff I have dealt with (Amanda, Amena, Carol and Tracey) who have all shown great professionalism and patience in finding new tenants and guiding me through all the necessary paperwork. Since completing the refurb APW have found me two great tenants.

The day-to-day running of my property is managed by Hayley Price who I rely on completely as I live overseas. She is attentive and efficient when problems arise, making sure that maintenance issues and tenant requests are dealt with in a timely manner to everyone's satisfaction. She is also super friendly and keeps the tenants and myself well informed when something requires attention.

I thoroughly recommend the Weybridge branch of APW Lettings based on the very positive experience I have had.

As I continue to be extremely pleased with APW's management of my property I thought it would be a good idea two years on to add to my original remarks. Thanks to the diligent work of Amanda (and Ryan) I am about to welcome my third family of excellent tenants. Each time Yana has done a brilliant job of preparing and administering the tenancy agreements and making sure that all special conditions are clearly laid out and understood. My accounting statements are submitted regularly each month by Carol who is always happy to help if I have a query. My day-to-day property management is handled by Josh who does an excellent job dealing with tenants requests and ensuring the property is properly maintained and in compliance with letting regulations. From time to time individuals I deal with change but I have yet to deal with anyone at APW who has not been committed to providing first class service.

I can continue to thoroughly recommend APW to anyone looking for a professional and reliable letting company.

APW are 5-star competent letting agents. In the past I encountered an unpleasant experience with a letting agency and since then have only rented directly from private landlords. Therefore, I was a bit apprehensive using APW. I was proven wrong, not all letting agents are the same.

Their communication methods are undoubtedly of very high standard. They intentionally keep prospective tenants well informed throughout the letting process. Their dedicated staff are very friendly, helpful, patient and polite! Their impeccable services are unreservedly recommended.

APW arranged the letting of two properties for me in Weybridge. I have been delighted with the service they offered for these two very different properties.

The team were in regular contact with me through-out the viewing process and found me tenants at asking price on both properties. It was a pleasure working with every person in the Oatlands office.

We are now in our 4th month of letting the properties and APW´s ´Managed Service´ has worked as well as I good hope...i.e minimal involvement required from myself.

I would also add that I have been very impressed with APWs vetting process and am really pleased with the quality of the tenants they have found for the properties. I have good peace of mind having met the tenants, that both properties are in good hands and being looked after well.

I always had something against agencies (London mainly), but APW was super super helpful in trying to find us a property and accommodating to our requests. We had a couple of viewings with Lizzie, and she managed to shuffle around them in last minute while we arrived late due to an accident on the M4. I'd highly recommend APW if you're looking to find a place in the surrounding area :)

Renting with APW and especially dealing with Hayley has been an excellent experience. Hayley was always at the end of a phone or email when we had a problem, sorted and fixed any issues within days of a problem occurring. She is extremely professional and knowledgable. Had the pleasure of working with Lizzie during my recent rental search. She was exceptional. While the last few months has seen more renters than there are properties, I have found sadly most agencies have been pretty unresponsive and unhelpful in my search. Not so with APW. Lizzie took the time to really understand what i was looking for and was really proactive, communicative, tailored to my circumstances and kind. It made all the difference. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a personal touch to their rental journey.
