Helpful and pleasant Post office staff! Going there three times a month.

I love this post office! The staff are lovely and have always been great everytime I go there. Much friendlier than other POs so I still go back there even though I have moved out of the local area.

To the grumpy old man at the counter, I hope you read this and reconsider your customer service approach.
I came in, clearly a tired mum with my baby, wanting to just send off a package- a very simple transaction. You endeavoured to ensure I knew my presence was annoying to you. Did not greet me at all. Gruffly asked me to put my package on the scale and when I misheard you, you looked daggers at me. You then proceeded to tell me my package was incorrect postage and made me feel small and stupid as though I was a child sent to a headmasters office to be told off. You glared at me in an accusatory manner and I did nothing but retake my package quickly and get out of that shop to avoid any further nastiness from you. You make your customers feel humiliated for making, what you perceive as, a mistake and make no move to help or explain in a supportive way what can be done. Its not nice that, just because you hate your job, you will take it out on other people and you radiate a poisonous attitude towards others. I hope you read this and realise what impact you have on someone else’s day. I refuse to go back here because of the way you made me feel.

Worst Post Office I've ever used... unhelpful, no sense of urgency, happy for a queue to get longer and longer while they chat to each other or one goes wandering around the shop messing around with non-existent stock. I avoid whenever possible!

Honestly the worst post office I've been to, waited a long time. Only one person serving at a busy period. 8 people waiting behind me. If you get a chance go somewhere else and don't waste your time.

I have visited this post office on multiple occasions and every time the staff have been rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to help.

Disgusting service in this post office, especially the man!! So rude and unhelpful. Really unhappy.
