We've seen Nikki for two different issues - the first time we used Symmetry following my daughter's knee op for a torn meniscus and the second time for another daughter's knee issue.

Nikki is brilliant. She sees the whole issue holistically, communicates what she's doing and why, changes up exercises to suit progression and gears each session around desired outcomes.

We have, subsequently, used different physios who have not even come close to Nikki. She has set a very high benchmark and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

After enduring thoracic back pain caused by long working hours and poor posture, I scheduled an appointment with Nikki from Symmetry Performance. This was a follow-up sessions as my intial session with other physio unfortunately left me in more pain than before.

After experiencing pain in my chest and back area I booked an appointment with Joe at symmetry, I found Joe friendly and welcoming he took time to get to know me and my lifestyle before making any examination.

After the treatment for my issue he then explained and demonstrated some exercises to help relive the pain I had been in, we had several follow up appointments and the experience I had from Joe and the clinic was 1st class throughout.

Friendly and helpful staff. I had reoccurring pain on my foot and after treatment, the doctor recommended Physio. Nikki helped me to gradually build what I was able to do, from specific exercises, to advice on footwear and socks and I am now pain-free, Thank you!

I’ve been seeing Nikki following a serious knee injury and subsequent surgery. Her continued professionalism and knowledge have got me to the point of being able to run again, something I was initially sceptical that I would be able to do. She has come up with new exercises regularly to stop me plateauing and keep me enthused. I’ve just recommended her to a friend with a similar injury.

Symmetry were recommended to me after I badly broke my Humerus bone in January . I started having physio sessions with Martin as soon as I was able to and cannot express how thankful I am. He was highly professional ,
Knowledgable and incredibly patient , happy to answer my many questions and explain everything to me . I am a professional dog walker and did have some concerns early on as to whether I would be able to continue with my job . My gym is also a huge part of my life , he gave me such confidence at every session that I was able to get back to work and to the gym much sooner than I expected .

The Symmetry clinic itself is very warm and inviting and scrupulously clean . The whole team are so friendly , kind and helpful , nothing is a problem .

I really cannot recommend them enough , they have made a very nasty and stressful accident so much easier to deal with , and I can’t thank them enough for that .

I have regularly had sports massages with Harriet. She was excellent over the course of treatments I had with her, and always felt welcome by all the members of staff at symmetry performance.

Very professional service, Martin and the team are the best in the business, helped me through a very serious injury avoiding surgery due to the treatment.

The diagnosis, treatment and ongoing review of a long term hip problem by Martin has reduced painful walking episodes to an absolute minimum.
Then l arrive back from holiday having a tear in my calf muscle. Within 48 hours l had an emergency appointment, MRI and follow-up results and now on a recovery plan

Beautiful relaxing atmosphere. Very very clean, extremely cautious about infection control. Not only did I have my temperature taken but my physio also took his to reassure me. Incredibly knowledgeable, and experienced. Prior to my visit I was unable to dress myself properly, wash my hair or even turn on the light without being in dreadful pain. This morning, after 2 sessions I did all of these things without fear or discomfort. Very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends or family.

Vanda is amazing! I've been coming to Symmetry for six months now and been able to go less frequently vs my previous practitioner due to the fact that Vanda is so good - Symmetry are more concerned with finding the route of the problem and getting you better vs getting you on an ongoing a payment plan! The attention you're given during a session is brilliant. They are also super flexible and work around you - so helpful for someone who works in a busy City job.
