Carr Moss Kennels & Cattery

Our elderly cat Henry stayed here a few times, and was very well looked after by lovely people who treated him like one of their own. I would recommend this place to anyone, as Pete and Drea are very knowledgeable and caring.

Massive fan of Carr Moss, Drea and Peter are fantastic hosts for our Dog & Cat.

Our Dog is a boisterous and excitable Vizsla who can be hard work at the best of times. We have no concerns leaving our pets here.

We've used the kennels twice in the past year and couldn't be happier. Scout loves her stays here!!

We have used Carr Moss for the last 15 months since moving up this way , several times a year for our 3 dogs . Drea and Peter look after the dogs as though they were theirs and I would not hesitate leaving them here . Our dogs love staying with Drea and Peter and are looked after very well . Fab place and Drea and Pete genuinely care for pets like they are their own! Clean, caring, and as much fun as kennels can be. How do I know this? I know because I used to work there! Excellent and responsible Care For Your Precious pets and very much affordable if your dog or cat will settle in kennel or cattery environment. Drea and Pete are very personable give them a call if you need a kennel or cattery.

Well looked after CHARLIE and ALFIE lovely friendly people will always use. Charlie had ear infection which the lovely lady treated for me. Well done.

Carr Moss is under new ownership and well worth using. A tricky house move meant my nervous cat had to be housed in their cattery for 35 days! she was very well looked after with her own possessions around her to keep her calm. The team kept her as stress free as possible and gave us regular updates. She is now back home in really good condition and immediately beginning to settle in well. Thank you for caring about her wellbeing so much.

Carr Moss Kennels are by far the best kennels I have found.
The owners Barbara and Pete care so much for all the dogs.
I have been taking my 2 dogs there for the past 10 years and have never had any problems
whatsoever. Their rates are reasonable and the kennels are clean and well maintained.
I would not go anywhere else now.
Thank you for the reassurance that our dogs were always in good hands.

Carr Moss is so professional and caring. We dropped off our puppies George and Mildred at the weekend for a couple of nights and they were so happy and cared for! Dreah and Pete had all the time in the world to chat to us upon pick up, and we are so happy to have found their well organised business … We would highly recommend them!!… A fabulous Doggy Hotel!

Just picked up our cat after a week here, Peter and Drea are really lovely and you can tell she was well looked after while we were gone. We will certainly be booking in with them again in future.

Just want to say a big thank you to Barbara and Peter for looking after my two daschunds Georgie & Brodie. The kennels were clean and well maintained and both my dogs came out wagging tails and happy. I was very nervous and worried as it was both dogs first time in kennels, but I need not have been, and I was reassured each night when I rang up. I definitely recommend Barbara and Peter who work so hard looking after the dogs in their care and also clearly love what they do. Thank you again :)

Recently left our dog here for 5 days. Couldn't do enough for him. They got his favourite food in, walked him twice a day and also made sure he was settled. Also had a bath here so was nice and clean for us on our return. Would use again. Thankyou!

I’ve used these kennels for a few years now, Barbra & Peter are quite simply the best! They put the animals first, my spaniel Bella always runs to them even when I come to collect her...that is brilliant and proves to me she’s happy there

Fantastic couple they give 100% to our fur babies you can be assured they are safe and well looked after
