I have been coming here for many years and this place is a real Shepperton institution - great stock , helpful and knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices . I wouldn’t go anywhere else .

This is a great shop. They have a wide range of stock and give brilliant advice and customer service. If you don’t know exactly what you need they will recommend something. Pricing is very reasonable and the service is very friendly. We need to value these kind of shops and support them. Good old fashioned friendly service.

Great help as always and keeping there prices very competitive!

I have worked at the Warren Lodge Hotel as a maintenance manager and I have never had a problem with the shop and the company has been dealing with the shop for 50 years. I will never go anywhere else. As for the people who work there are so helpful and are willing to order materials in if they don't have it in stock. 10 out 10.

Great shop always find what I need for garden , home decorating , cleaning etc as well as general home stuff .

Staff happy to help if I’m not sure of the right thing for the job and will order in if it isn’t there .

Might pay a bit more for some things but worth it to avoid driving out of shepperton and having the hassle of parking or trailing around to find what you need

As a local electrician this hardware shop is a total god send for me. Fantastic owners and staff, nothing is too much trouble with them . Very rare in this day to find such helpful and actual considerate customer service compared to the big diy stores. Keep local stores open !!!!

I'm a local handyman/ DIY enthusiast and have used Shepperton Homecare on numerous occasions in the past 4 years.
Their stock range is amazing. Product knowledge and customer service is exceptional.
By far the best DIY and hardware shop for miles!

Always like to use this shop. Staff are super friendly and helpful. As mentioned in previous reviews by other people it’s well stocked with everyday household needs and whole lot more.

A proper local shop and a stalwart of the High Street. Natasha is always helpful and knowledgeable, knows her stock like the back of her hand, and usually knows exactly what you need even if you don't!

Helpful and friendly. They don't dispose of bulbs anymore, so make sure you know where you can dispose of them. Fairly priced and worth popping in for any DIY bits and bulbs.

Always come here for my DIY supplies. A well stocked shop and competitively priced too.

Fantastic 'old fashioned' hardware store, they stock virtually everything from plumbing, electrical, household goods, gardening etc.
