We needed a new Will (husband and wife) and our property switched from joint tenants to tenants in common. The straightforward paperwork was quickly provided to enable us to make the property switch and the new Wills incorporated all the necessary wording for the Protective Property Trust.
The entire service was offered as a simple package at a reasonable cost and booked online, so no need for interviews or discussion. Explanatory paperwork was provided with further help available if required.

This is the third time I’ve used Matt for our Wills. This time it was a little bit more complicated and when I was getting confused Matt was incredibly patient with me and able to explain things in a way that I could understand. He is quick to respond to emails and if he can’t help with an issue will make recommendations for someone who can. He is very professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

A busy life meant we have little time to go to and from appointment(s) to draft a will so we looked online and at recommendations and came across MW legal. We were able to fill in some bits online which was convenient for us given our lifestyle.

Within a week everything had been completed (Matt updated my will, sent it to me for signature, when he received it back he confirmed that it had been signed, dated and witnessed correctly, so a fully legal document, and it was being placed in the storage facility) and all at a very reasonable cost.
