Harmonyoga- Clare Gibson

Whether you’re a complete beginner like me, or a yogi of many decades, Clare of Harmonyoga is the teacher you need. Clare is as knowledgeable as they come, and her explanations of the theory and history behind yoga and its roots in ancient India provide an interesting and colourful backdrop to her classes. Classes are provided in person and via zoom which is really useful depending on time constraints. Despite being so new to it, I’ve been encouraged by Clare to keep going with my yoga, and I would encourage anyone with an interest in starting, in getting back into it, or is thinking of stepping up into teaching yoga, to take a class by Harmonyoga.

Clare has a deep, broad knowledge of yoga practice and philosophy and leads her students with care and dedication, adjusted to all levels of yoga expertise
