Kwik Fit - Weybridge

Have used these guys a few times now. I have received nothing but exceptional service. On my most recent visit, I had incorrectly suspected that a battery was on it's way out. Before they fitted the battery as I had booked and paid for, they tested the battery, got me to drive the car for a bit, tested the battery again and told me the battery was fine and that the car just needed more frequent longer runs for the charging. No battery was fitted, and after a short conversation with a customer service agent (no waiting time when telephoning) a full refund was given.

Honest, helpful, polite.

The rear exhaust box on my Toyota had broken at the pipe weld, probably cracked last year due to pothole.
I had spoken to Michael at the Weybridge branch the previous week for price and availability, and followed up on Thursday 29 February 2024 for replacement.
Pat dealt with this at short notice, obtained the part and fitted it perfectly for which I am very grateful.

Absolutely the best and most professional mechanic’s I’ve ever had the pleasure to be helped by. Nothing is too much trouble for them and as an older female they make sure I always leave their garage with a safe and secure car. I'm so grateful for the help! I'm a new driver and I'm just starting to experience car problems. When I saw a healthy nail in the tire, I was advised to come to this place. I arrived in a panic, they helped me right away, changed the tire, helped with the taillight. My wife and I always use this location, as we find them always knowledgeable and trust worthy. I went to get my tyres checked and was advised that I would get the best deal online (10% discount on x2 tyres) and could book an appointment for when it suited me. I arrived at the time I booked and drove off within 20 minutes with 2 new tyres on the car. cant fault them. The Irish manager Michael is excellent.

I recently had a scheduled appointment at Kwik Fit for tyre replacement, and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided. The tyre replacement process was carried out with great efficiency. The technicians worked seamlessly to fit four new tyres onto my vehicle, ensuring it was road-ready in a short amount of time. Notably, the appointment began promptly on a Wednesday, and within just an hour, the job was completed.

Excellent customer service and politeness. My car got a very small pinhole puncture in my tyre and I needed to use the car next day. I drove past KwikFit Weybridge and took a chance to see if it could be repaired. It was very busy and thankfully, the Manager (Michael) took it in. I only had to wait for 10 minutes before one of the staff started to repair it. I am very impressed with the efficiency and their customer care. Even after the job, the manager would double check it was fixed correctly. I had dealt with my local KwikFit before. Compared with Weybridge branch, my local one should be ashamed of themselves. I will use this one from now on. Good job to Michael and all the staff.

Brilliant team, very helpful with speedy, careful professional service.

Really happy chaps down here. Popped in as I needed 4 valves done as the metal caps rusted on, swapped them right away and a good chat and laugh. Not like Mr Nike air force one wearing jumped up jack at Halfrauds R'US.

The team was professional and helpful and resolved my tyre issue efficiently. I have always been a customer of Kwik Fit, I must strongly recommend anyone who lives near Weybridge to use this workshop or the one in Sunsbury. They are very good and helpful and they also fixed the shortcomings and lack of professionalism of the Staines workshop, where this morning I was treated very badly without any expertise and I wasn't even able to remove a wheel. I will make a complaint about the Staines workshop, as it has gotten worse since the last time I relied on them. The officine in Weybridge and Sunsbury are very excellent!

Excellent! Really great, attentive and knowledgeable staff - all of them. Really very helpful and bent over backwards to help. We needed a new back box for a fiat 500 and they thought they had one but alas it was the wrong model. They managed to source one within the hour and fit it while we had a coffee round the corner. The car sounds and feels 100% better now and we’re really chuffed! First time experience at this branch and it will remain our go-to now. Thanks very much guys, fabulous work and a credit to your brand!

The staff were all helpful in explaining the situation and solutions. It was great to book a FREE assessment visit. The parts were ordered quickly and the job was finished quickly. Communication was excellent.

The team were really helpful. Just dropped in to get my tread checked and they were able to order the correct tires for delivery within 48 hours and have them fitted within 72 hours. They kindly parked my car on the road to allow me to collect it after work. Great service.
