This pharmacy really is the best one i have visited in my life. Needed a consultation for my lumpy genitals, and got a flu jab. Service from the girls was outstanding.

Have tried 21 times yesterday to get through to Tumble chemist to order tablets and nobody picks the phone up.
Today again nobody picks the phone up.

Terrible chemist, every month repeat prescription is either wrong or very late.suppose to have my prescription delivered last week but never came and Iv been without blood thinners for 3 days so far,tried ringing and ringing since Wednesday last week and all today and they still won’t answer phone. Tumble doctors aren’t much better and no help. How am I supposed to get my tablets???

Absolutely terrible customer service! If I could give no stars I would! Bought an item and when returned home, the item was faulty and all the contents listed on the box were not present even missing the stated instructions!
Was blatantly refused a refund and told that’s how they come from manufacturers!! trading standards will be informed!

Awful put in description didn't even read it because they give me someone's else's prescription and I was the only one in there
