Close to home. Lovely atmosphere. Staff are extremely attentive, friendly and quick to serve drinks. Food is really good especially as it was New Years Eve and mix of live music too.
All in all a great night!

See if you can find Claire as she truely made it a great night for us with no rushing around.

Cosy rooms, above the bar/restaurant so expect some noise. I brought ear plugs which worked a treat. My daughter slept with no problems. The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Looking for accommodation south side of the river for work reasons.
Have tried some other hotels previously, but not impressed. Tried Airbnb, not enough privacy.

My recent stay was quiet, easy for the commute, good food and looked after well. Realise a pub can get noisy outside, but for me personally, not a bad trade off. This was the winter however!

Everyone reported their rooms were excellent, the breakfasts superb, and great showers.
I in particular want to praise the staff, specifically at check in, breakfast and housekeeping. Just two points of note - my room 101 - suggest maintenance may wish to look at painting wood work in bathroom and bottom of door. Also, you have to step into the shower to close bathroom door?

We have just had a fantastic 3 night stay, the room was perfect for our base whilst we visited local theme parks and London for the day. We didn't use the pub downstairs, but it looked lovely and staff were friendly. We didn't hear any noise in the evenings at all and I was asleep by 9.30pm each evening. Room was comfortable and clean and we would definitely return. Thanks for a fab stay.

Had a great time here, train station about 20 minutes walk and go's into Waterloo Station from there you can get the tube

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Juan, an employee at The Oatlands Chaser hotel. His attention, cordiality, and effectiveness have made our stay at this hotel exceptional. Thanks to his dedication, we even decided to extend our stay here, instead of going to another hotel we had previously booked, even without the possibility of a refund at the other place.

In addition to his professionalism, Juan provided us with excellent recommendations on what to do and what places to visit during our trip. His advice was very helpful and allowed us to plan our trip more efficiently.

We truly appreciate his proactive attitude and passion for making guests feel comfortable and welcome. There definitely need to be more workers like Juan in the hotel industry.

The breakfasts are very complete and offer exceptional quality/price, as are the lunches/dinners and the waiters. Returning to The Oatlands after a long day was the calm we needed to feel at home and recharge our batteries for the next day. The parking is very convenient.

In summary, we want to thank Oakland and specially Juan for his excellent service and for making our stay at The Oatlands Chaser unforgettable. Thank you again!

Pleased with large, comfortable room although shower was slightly awkward to get in and out of. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had dinner with friends who live locally and everyone enjoyed the food.

The Oatlands Chaser is A real gem all the staff are very polite and welcoming especially Peter who looked after us when we had breakfast. Which was one of the best I've eaten. Room 101 very nice and comfortable. Hope all goes well with the refit in October. We will be returning when ever possible

Rooms were spacious and clean and we stayed during UK heatwave it was out 3rd hotel of the week due to moving around Uk, and the only one to have air con in the rooms which was just perfect. The only hotel out of the 3 to have this and was just perfect. Food was excellent and reasonably priced.
Will definitely book here if in the area again.
Would look to book here to travel into London as train stations are a close drive and much nicer and cheaper than staying in London.
Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

The inn is in a tranquil setting. It was a nice escape from London. The bed was comfy, the windows opened and I could get some fresh air and the staff was exemplary. Very professional and friendly. And, the dining room was an absolute treat! Well done — everyone.

Great stay! I stayed with my little girl as we were going to Thorpe park and Chessington so use this as a central base between the two. The hotel had a great beer garden tot he front, which we used. The restaurant was very busy but still managed to get us in. The food, staff and room were great. Breakfast the next day was also good. Hotel in a lovely area with free parking, for what I paid it was a bargain. Thank you.

Breakfast was great quality. Bed very comfy and big. Shower pressure quite low. Staff very friendly. Creaky floors bit annoying. Otherwise really enjoyed it.

The staff at Oatlands chaser were more than accomdating. I sent them decorations for the room as it was a surprise for mine and my wife's 1st wedding anniversary and they happily decorated the room to a high standard and all communications regarding it was perfect. We also went for dinner one evening which was lovely (as usual, we stayed this time last year when we got married at Weybridge registry office). Room was clean too and good Internet. Thank you all, 5 stars
