Erika listened to the brief and designed a stunning cake that we could never of designed ourselves. We shared designs we liked but her creative flare brought it all together into perfection. Then the taste and flavours- wow! I still have guests talking about the fact this was a moist cake with flavour that exploded into your mouth. We had nothing left by the end of the night. This cake was a Showstopper and I'd HIGHLY recommend Erika. Thank you for making the cake design and process stress free.

When one cake just isn’t enough! We got married in September 2023 on the hottest day of the year at Lillibrooke Manor (Testament to how the beautiful cakes held up in the 30 degree heat). Erica was honestly so fabulous in every sense when it came to each stage of our wedding cake. With an obscure motorsport theme to support my husbands passion and career, Erica was so enthusiastic to provide the best blend of the theme with classic femininity. She was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful during the planning phase including her knowledge of real flowers and their individual usability with the cake. Erica liaised with my florist directly regarding the flowers used for the cake which was a huge help.

We were so blown away with how perfect our cakes were, Erica absolutely nailed it! Not only did the cakes look amazing, they are tasted incredible! Everyone was very complimentary of both how it looked and tasted. Erica is such an easy person to work with, she remains sensible while allowing for creative ideas. She is honestly such a lovely person!

Erica was brilliant from start to finish! Our cake sample box tasted great and there were such a good selection of flavours! Our video consultation really helped. Erica talked us through all our options and gave us loads of new ideas.

There wasn't any left over of what was served on the day it went very quickly!!!! I worked at many weddings and never saw the cake go so quickly - a true testament to Erica's magical skills. Beautiful unique decoration (floating tier and me + groom in kayak) and the best cake I've ever eaten yum - many guests said so too.

From first contact, Erica was professional, responsive and full of ideas. It’s important to Erica that every cake she makes is unique to the couple, so she really listened to our ideas/vision and sent through designs to ensure we were completely happy before baking. We had a really hard time picking flavours, as they were all so delicious (especially the fruit cake, passion fruit sponge and raspberry/white chocolate sponge) - we ended up adding another tier to our cake to include more flavours! Erica made our gorgeous wedding cake for our April wedding at Hampton Court House. It absolutely blew us and all our guests away! It looked and tasted incredible, she decorated it so well with spring flowers from our florist Fairynuff. We LOVE Erica and her magical cake making skills! <3 Erica was simply wonderful from start to finish and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her. She made both our wedding cake and 1st anniversary cake and both were delicious and beautiful. For our wedding we had a 3 tier cake which was chocolate & salted caramel, champagne & strawberry, and passionfruit curd. She also made some gluten and dairy free cupcakes which were very much enjoyed. We have also had bespoke cupcakes made for Mother’s Day - my Mum still says she is the best cake maker around! We couldn't have been happier with our wedding cake that Erica designed for us. Flavours are delicious and she took inspiration from the theme of our wedding in the design. She really puts the personal touches into all the details.
She also made us our mini "should of been wedding day" cake, which was a mini version of our design.

Erica produced the most amazing cake for the Surrey Event Professionals 1st Birthday. It was the most impressive, show stopping cake we have EVER seen. It tasted fantastic, although we were all a little sad to cut into it! 1st class service and highly recommend Erica at Iced Innovations.

Iced Innovations baked our wedding cake and we’re so pleased with how it turned out. We had a consultation to design the cake and a delicious 6 flavour taster box to help make our decisions. We chose a semi naked cake with 3 tiers, passion fruit, white chocolate and raspberry and salted caramel. Our guests gave rave reviews, thank you Erica!

It was so fun chatting with Erica when we engaged her as our wedding cake creator - she was full of good ideas and inspiration, which was amazing as we had no idea where to start with a wedding cake design! Our experience was faultless and she went the extra mile in 30°C to make sure the venue properly placed our cake and took care of it throughout the day. It was just perfect for our small intimate wedding and tasted delicious! The edible flowers were too good to eat, and the samples we originally tried to select our cake flavours went down a treat with a cuppa - thank you for all your hard work and support Erica!

From the very first meeting with Erica, we knew that she was the person who we wanted to make our cake. She understood us as a couple and designed our cake perfectly. It was a simple but elegant design with the most gorgeous koala bride & groom toppers :-) The cake also tasted absolutely delicious! 5 star reviews from every one of our guests. Erica did our incredible cake recently, we went with the dream cake option and well, it definitely lived up to that title! It was insane! I literally couldn't believe it when I saw it, I kept pointing it out to people. The sugar flowers were so perfect, no one believed they weren't fresh flowers. Every detail had been thought about.

The cake also tasted as good as it looked! Everyone loved it, in fact we had to query with the hotel about where a tier had gone as people took it so quickly. Definitely a hit!

We also got Erica to do personalised biscuits for everyone to use as favours/name settings. These were so beautiful, such a pretty and delicate design. It was a shame to eat them.

From the very start of the process and designing our cake together to the end result Erica was fantastic! We can't wait to return to her for any future cakes!

It's been an absolute pleasure working with Erica to bring my wedding cake to life. She first of all sent us a range of cake flavours. Absolutely delicious! We found it so hard to pick we ended up choosing three flavours. Not only were the flavours creative the texture was wonderfully light and fluffy.
I then shared lots of pictures with Erica of my vision. I was a pretty indecisive bride but Erica worked with me to take the bits I liked of multiple cakes to make my bespoke creation - one tier semi-naked, one tier fully iced and one tier marbled. Specks of gold leaf and decoration of my flowers, eucalyptus and macaroons. Erica did a sketch before I confirmed and a quote which was very reasonable. Super transparent and flexible in how she priced too. We were all set with three months to go!
Then came COVID-19 two weeks before our wedding! Erica was flexible and postponed my cake making even though I was past the cancellation date. She is such a lovely person and truly shows a care and interest in her couples despite this period causing many challenges for suppliers too.
When the government gave the go ahead for small weddings we jumped at it. We held an intimate wedding for 30. Erica adjusted the design to a single tier. It was absolutely stunning and tasted amazing. We then did individually packaged cupcakes for the 30 guests - we called them quarantine cupcakes. Lastly we had individially wrapped slices for the guests who would be watching on zoom and sent them a care package with a mini prosecco and slice of cake to enjoy the celebration with us. Epic! Everyone loved it and they truly felt part of our day - near or far.
Its been a crazy 6 months but throughout it all Erica has been flexible and caring and maintained a standard of excellent cakes. From a three tiered cake to three types of cakes, Erica was with us throughout it all to make our day perfect coronavirus or no coronavirus.

During Covid, Erica at Iced Innovations was extremely understanding and helpful. She really does have a good heart and is a genuinely lovely
person to work with.

The cake itself on the day was perfect.
The flowers Erica made on the cake were stunning and the attention to detail is incredible! So many compliments on the look and also the taste - highly recommend the carrot cake!

Erica also made cupcake bouquets for the mummies as an alternative to a flower bouquet, these went down a treat!
