St. Andrews Holiday Apartments

The Dormie is a very cosy cottage in a perfectly central location of St Andrews. It was spotlessly clean, the beds are really comfortable and the kitchen has all the basics for short stay. Communication was clear and timely throughout. We had a lovely time.

Terrific apartment in the heart of town. Gorgeously appointed with large bright rooms. Everything was perfect and we had a lovely stay. We highly recommend and would happily return next time we come to St Andrews.

Fantastic weekend spent at the garden house with everything you need on your doorstep. The house itself is clean, spacious & very comfortable. The garden is a great bonus in the heart of St Andrews, especially when you bring a dog.

Going to St. Andrews to play golf was a dream come true. The apartment was perfect in all ways! The location was close to carry our clubs, shop, eat and see many beautiful sites in St. Andrews. The ground level, fireplace, comfortable bed and clean! Loved every second of being in Scotland. "Four seasons in a back swing" is very accurate.

This Apartment was perfect for our golf trip. There is a secure golf club storage room on the ground floor. Instructions for key collection were excellent and hassle free. The Apartment is first class - it has everything you will need for your stay. It is bright, spacious, warm and finished to a high standard throughout. The views are amazing and the beach is beautiful. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you will need for your stay. The Apartment is a short walk to all local amenities. I would happily recommend this Apartment to anyone visiting St Andrews. We are already planning a return trip as there is so much more we want to see and do! Steven is a great host

We have been going to The Garden House in St Andrews for several years now for our winter family get together. The house is an ideal house and suits all our family needs. It is certainly a home from home and we all love coming here. Would definitely recommend to friends. Steven and Matt are great they always get back to you quickly Garden house is an ideal holiday home which is tucked away in the centre of St Andrews.

Great location (only about 150m from R&A clubhouse / 18th green on Old course) and a fabulous apartment. If you're playing golf @ St Andrews you can effectively park up and leave the car for the week - the courses are all close by.

There are also plenty of bars / restaurants within a few minutes walk.

But the best bit is the apartment itself. It's plenty spacious enough for 4 golfers, nicely decorated and has wonderful views over the beach / sea / golf courses. We would definitely book again.

Visited St Andrews for a winter graduation at the end of November & the Golfers Rest was absolutely perfect for our needs. Beautifully appointed (the photos are an accurate representation), spacious, comfortable apartment with an amazing view of West Sands Beach. I would love to return with time to sit in the window seat with a book & drink in that view. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the centre of town but in a peaceful location.Just perfect.
Steven & the team were very helpful & responded quickly to any queries we had.
This is the second time we have stayed in one of their properties & I would not hesitate to book with them again & would definitely book Golfers Rest iagain f it was available for our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay in St. Andrews! The flat was just as pictured, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed preparing meals as a family, as well as walking to great restaurants in the area. We would not change a thing, and look forward to visiting again.

A modern, and comfortable flat located in a very convenient location. The open layout makes the flat feels spacious. It is well maintained, clean, and equipped with sufficient amenities and supplies for our 9 days stay. We would have stayed much longer if it was available. The host was helpful and responded to all our queries quickly. This is certainly one of the top choice of accommodation for our next visit to St. Andrews.

Perfect location to both golf and central St Andrews. We rented the whole flat for our family and it was clean, comfortable, convenient and an overall great experience. Really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend renting the whole things if you have a larger group. You will love it

From the moment we walked into the apartment and smelled the fresh lilies, we knew this was going to be a good stay. And the Murray Park Apartment didn't disappoint.
The kitchen had everything you could want. The shower was great. The beds were comfortable. The TV had every channel you could want. The location is what makes it great. Walk to the courses, the restaurants and the shops.
parking was not a problem at all, even though there is no designated spot.
There were even a couple of decanters full of whisky. (Don't forget to leave a donation in the little red phone booth.)
We couldn't recommend this apartment more.
This was our second rental with St. Andrews Holiday Apartments and it certainly wont be our last.

I booked to stay in this cottage for a relaxing week with my husband, friends and our dogs. I have 3 dogs which can prove difficult when trying to find accommodation. The cottage was perfect, the open plan kitchen and dining room was great for chatting with friends whilst preparing food and drinks. The patio doors leading to the garden meant this was a really bright and airy room. The living room was by contrast cosy with comfortable sofas and a log burner. This meant you had the best of both worlds.

The property is located about a 15 minute walk from St Andrews town centre and 8-10 minute walk from the East Sands beach. It is a lovely walk from East Sands along the coastal path to the harbour through the town centre to the West Sands. St Andrews is a fantastic place to visit with a good choice of venues for food and drinks, unique shops and great for golfers. It's also easy to visit other towns and villages from St Andrews with Elie, Crail, Kinsbarns etc all within driving distance. During our stay we visited the famous Anstruther Fish Shop and took the dogs to Tenstmuir Forrest. I would definitely visit both St Andrews and this cottage again and would highly recommend it should you wish a home from home.

I enjoyed every moment in St Andrews because I made a good choice of “home” away from home. I stayed at Kidston Court in St Andrews for a month there with my daughter who is a boarder at St Leonard’s. The house is very comfortable inside and convenient to all the St Andrews infrastructure: shops, restaurants, groceries, buses, historic locations, University and the beach. It is located in a quiet courtyard and and on a pedestrian street. The parking space is right next to the entrance door. The apartment has two levels which provides for a great sense of privacy. Bedrooms have beautiful sky view roof top windows with black out blinds for restful sleep. I have to say that I slept like a baby there, beds are very comfy. Kitchen is well equipped. I loved that there were extra pillows and trows for cozy comfort.
The host is very responsive and friendly. So I had a wonderful time at Kidston Court and hope to come back in few months.

Stayed at 15 Baker Lane for a week, whilst on a golf holiday.
The apartment has all the modern amenities you need, it's modern and clean inside. Given the restaurant restrictions we ate in, the cooking equipment was fine. It also has a dishwasher and washing machine.
The heating worked well.
Bed is very comfortable.
The location is terrific, right in the heart of the town, yet it's amazingly quiet.
The hosts were helpful and responsive.
Free parking is available in North Street or in South St (between 5pm & 9am).
Would certainly go back again, good value.

We stayed for 3 nights in Auld Lang Syne and wished we could have stayed longer. We were a party of 11 adults and there were plenty of room for us all. The kitchen was very well equipped and had a fantastic range and also a large fridge freezer. St Andrews was only a 10–20-minute walk with lots of great shops bars and restaurants. We definitely hope to be back.

What a tremendous stay we had at this lovely home in St Andrews. With a very classy and sparkling clean house, that was close to the town centre and beach, you really couldn't have hoped for a better stay, while Steven the host was quick to respond, very helpful, and attentive. Without doubt one of our favourite stays to date, and we'd done loads of these, and we will be back soon for sure. Excellent.

Our stay at Auld Lang Syne was great. The house has everything we need for our holidays. We went to St. Andrews for a short golf break holiday. We were 7 and we didn’t find ourselves stretched as the house is big. It is very well connected to the courses of Castle Course and Kingsbarns and Craig. It is within walking distance to the city centre and to the old course. However, if you plan to walk to the old course with your golf clubs better go driving as the return can be tyring. The house was clean and in good shape, has parking slots for 3 cars plus the space of the garage than can be used either to park a car or leave all the luggage or, in our case, the golf bags. It has also a washing machine and drier that work perfect. Only one minor comment and I understand the Scottish weather is not usually the one we had but I missed a barbeque. This wasn’t an issue as the kitchen has two ovens, so we used them instead of a BBQ. Anyway, the house fulfilled all our expectations and if we can back to St. Andrews, which I hope, we will try to rent out this beautiful house again.

Just returned from a fantastic week at Bell Rock Cottage. Fabulous pet friendly accomodation that the dogs loved. Massive enclosed garden that allows you to let the dogs come and go as they please. Inside the 2 bedroom property is airy and spacious. Plenty of room for 4 adults to relax and enjoy themselves. Well situated for visiting St Andrews and the surrounding villages and beaches. Will be heading back when we get the chance. 5 star experience.

We have just spent two terrific weeks at the Lazy Compass holiday apartment. The accommodation was in great condition with a fully equipped kitchen and three good-sized bedrooms with comfortable beds It was well-furnished, had everything we needed, was in an ideal central location and helped make our holiday a huge success. Couldn't ask for more and highly recommended! Many thanks to Steven and Matt for a great service from start to finish and we certainly hope to use their services again next year.
