Excellent customer service, via phone, I explained that I am partially deaf but they were very patient,and, spoke clearly. The lady listened to what I was looking for, made some suggestions, then posted me pictures that she thought might be better suited..
I went with one of their suggested items.
It arrived as arranged. In good condition and exactly as shown in picture.

Love the products themselves, but also the customer service. After posting a wrong order, they immediately rectified it free of cost and asked me to keep the original items as well. Very pleased.

Quirky, very unusual, mainly Indian and sub continent items. Great leather items, including superb buffalo hide bags. More retro and vintage than antique, but well worth a visit. Friendly, welcoming and helpful.

I found the shop online and fell in love with a very unique coffee table. The delivery went very smoothly and the table arrived in very good shape thanks to the extra paddings. The products are fantastic. I have several of their leather bags which all look great and are hard wearing, and a set of their coat hooks which look very cool and are made from a solid cast iron (I think, certainly acts like it).
Their customer service is also fantastic, they are always very helpful and quick to respond. I just ordered another bag and received a dispatch note just 9 minutes after order confirmation!
I’ve also had some repairs done to my bags (not faulty, just general wear and tear) which is a fantastic service to offer customers.
Highly recommend.

I discovered Scaramanga during a google search for antique chests, I feel in love with a chest on their site.
I was crestfallen when I discovered they were located in Scotland and I here in the US. I went ahead and messaged an inquiry anyways just to see if shipping to the US was even possible. First of all even with the 6 hour time difference I received an email response promptly (which I was not expecting). Kelly was extremely helpful and informative, she provided me with several options to choose from. There were several emails back and forth and she was so patient with me, she really held my virtual hand throughout the whole process to ensure I was comfortable with the process end-to-end.

Thanks to the team at Scaramanga they helped to make my dreams come true. I have a beautiful unique chest that is now my coffee table. They are a great company and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Really like there range of Furniture and leather bags , We bought one of the folding tables for the Garden ,
It's exactly what we wanted , and just like it looks on line .

I bought mini journals and a coin purse from Scaramanga. All items were received quickly, considering I'm in the U.S.
Each item was quite lovely. However, the coin purse was exceptional!! I have never felt such soft leather. Absolutely magnificent!!! I will be buying many more leather goods from these fine people.
