Kind people who act swiftly and one GP listened to why I have chronic agoraphobia and gave me some tips on how to start break the cycle. Immediate referral to the mental health nurse in January by telephone. Thank you. The online prescription request form is a super way to avoid waiting on the phone.

I am very pleased with this practice. They have a form to fill online so you don’t have to wait on the phone queues for extended period of time. They get back in touch with appointments or advices rapidly. The doctors are great, trustworthy and professional. The front desk is also smiley and friendly even when it gets a bit hectic between visitors and phone calls. I was quite unhappy with my previous practice so I decided to get private health care. Since I moved with Eden villa I have not been needing to use my private insurance.

If you really read some of these reviews you will see that they are just people being mean for no reason. They have also posted the same reviews on other GP websites. At this time especially, why cant people be kind? I have had an excellent service from this practice since I joined 3 years ago. They are caring and professional. During the pandemic they looked after my family very well. Shame on those who post a one star review. Very poor indeed for a NHS GP service working as hard as they can to help. Very sad times indeed.

The practice have been extremely supportive to both me and my family throughout, especially so in this last year when we have needed their input and support more frequently.

I have dealt with this surgery on a few occasions on behalf of a relative, every time, everyone I have spoken to has been polite and helpful. What more can you expect?

I don’t think people make up rubbish in their reviews, Colin ( if I may ). I know some of the reviewers who posted bad reviews and they did so because they had really bad experiences with clerical staff as well as clinicians. It’s good to hear that you think well of the practice but sadly it seems that your views are not widely shared.

Absolutely terrible practice. Nobody ever answers the phone and when you eventually do magically get through to someone they just tell you that you need fill out online forms than you never hear from them again. They just don't care about anyone and than wonder why their patients are dying. Unprofessional heartless monsters who only care for money

Totally confusing.Cant make telephone appointment, go to website, it advises to Register, but at practice reception.Go to reception, advised too complex to register and PIN ( as advised website !) is NOT required, just to phone for appointment ! I advised had tried that 4x before 10 am, why cant I make appointment at reception, told too busy.And if as before, response to attempted phone appt is engaged tone, just keep trying. Couldn't make it up ! Disgraceful

My mother aged 93 who was supposed to be seen by community / district nurses following eye operation. Required medication. No one answers phone or replies to messages left. Eventually turn up but could have communicated earlier,
less anxiety, stress .Disgusting. Uncaring.

Been going to this practice since I was born. The nurses don't like me all too much especially after I fractured my knuckle due to blind rage. Only 1 doctor has made me feel valid without judgement but he's not a full time doctor. I've had major issues at this facility with staff and doctors in the past, one of which scolded me for being too anxious to get a full time paying job. Making an appointment is the most confusing thing, I have to get other people to do it for me cause I get no help

My partner had a phone consultation with a very arrogant nurse due to an on going sleep problem he developed through stress my I add, He requested to speak to his own doctor she refused and slammed the phone down on him. Not professional In the slightest!

Trying to get appointment is impossible so fill in online form get three different possibilities. Wait a week try phoning was on phone for nearly 5 hrs was no 6 in line when came down to 1st call cuts out change practice i think

Receptionist extremely unhelpful. Tells you to go away when you go to reception she does not want people standing around. When you phone it tells you to get off the line because you blocking it. Utter disgrace.

Never been to a doctors like this, so rude dont listen to you awful place

I only use this practice because there isn’t another one in Cupar.
