Lomond Art

Lomond Art has framed a number of pieces of artwork for me over the last few years. I also purchased original paintings at their first major exhibition last year.

Conservative level framing is standard, usually an optional extra with other framers, at competitive prices. Vance takes the time to listen, understand your personal tastes then recommend the best frame, glass and mount. Framing is performed to a high standard and complements the artwork perfectly in my experience.

Good selection of art work, photos and art supplies.

Incredibly poor service. Ordered materials on line giving all standard contact details. Was asked a week later to confirm delivery address for an unknown reason. Once confirmed, the materials still weren't posted out for another 11 days! all the time they give very lame excuses around the C-19 pandemic. The company doesn't track 'cheap' orders.... says it all really, just not important enough.. I still don't have my delivery, a good 4 weeks down the line, and when I mentioned a full refund I was told that would be OK as long as I returned the phantom delivery back to Scotland.
Embarrassed for the management of this outfit. Never mind, there's plenty more suppliers out there.
