Absolutely perfect! Can't recommend The Orangery enough as a wedding venue. Staff were outstanding, couldn't do enough to support and accommodate us. Very understanding and empathetic to a personal situation we had prior to our wedding. Everybody complimented our food and evening buffet. Would highly recommend as a wedding venue!

The Orangery at Margam was built between 1787 and 1793 the masterpiece of eighteenth century architect, to house a large collection of orange, lemon and citron trees inherited by Thomas Mansel Talbot together with the Margam Estate and the now vanished Margam House from his Mansel forebears. It is listed Grade I as one of the finest classical buildings in Wales.
It is the longest orangery in Britain and built at a cost of £16,000.
A really great looking building, the architecture and design are great on the front.

As a wedding photographer my self it was a really nice setting for a wedding.
Just beautiful setting for a wedding with all the lights and grounds, was a little tricky to find for parking but made sense after you know where to go. Straight down through what looks like the go ape gates. Lots of parking and the grounds are big and its a beautiful park. So everything went smoothly. Lovely food. Big bar and facilities. Couldn't fault it. Perfect for weddings of all sizes and photographers

Having photographed here many times from model shoots, personal rambling and photographing weddings, I can honestly say it is a gorgeous location. On top of that though if you're getting married, you MUST have it on your list of venues, the staff are not just efficient, they are welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much bother and you'll rarely need to ask for anything as they are incredibly on the ball and it seems almost like they know before you ask and whatever you wanted is already done!!!

A fabulous place, incredible grounds a beautiful building and gorgeous members of staff!!! 😍😍😍

My daughter was married at Margam Orangery on 12 October 2019. We used citrus fruit as the inspiration for the decorative scheme. It is a large and versatile venue. My only reservation was that the acoustic there is very harsh. Needs some sound absorption to make conversation more possible during a seated event.

Margam park is a great place to visit for all the family, my family have enjoyed many days out in margam park where the Orangery is situated, the ruins of the abby the orangery and the house are all well worth a visit during the summer months.
