Genix Healthcare Dental Clinic (Huddersfield)

The practice are great at organising and reminding me of my appointments, which is a great help. I had a minimal wait before seeing the dentist, the consultation was friendly and efficient. I had a couple of small issues which were resolved there and then, after which an overall hygiene check was done to ensure I had no oral issues that might surface later. All in all not a scary visit to the dentist at all!

I would highly recommend dentist Waqar Mustafa. I first attened Genix Dental Clinic in Jan 2024, I was so nervous due to my problems, most of all because I suffer with mental health. Waqar Mustafa made me feel relaxed and helped me with all my work I needed done. I had teeth extractions, was very surprised when I was told that this had been done, Receptionist staff are friendly, over all experience was great.
I would highly recommend.

I was initially referred to Genix for an emergency appointment and was pleasantly surprised by the service provided. Everyone at the practice from the reception staff and nurses to the dentists have been amazing. I booked in for a consultation and later an extraction with Dr Mustafa. I was booked in the last slot of the day and was running very late. I called up the practice and was reassured that the dentist would still see me. Dr Mustafa put my mind at ease from the beginning and was really patient with me answering all my questions. I was super nervous but the extraction was very quick and painless, I didn’t even realise the tooth had been removed! The dental nurse was really kind and reassured me throughout. I would definitely recommend Genix! Thank you guys!

My dentist is really good, she always looks after me. She always give me good advice on how to keep my teeth clean and to look after them.

The reception staff are fantastic, always helpful and my dentist is very informative, I always feel we know the right course of action whenever work is needed. Thanks

I've been going to this dentist for years now and can recommend it. Dr Asiya is kind and gentle (always a good thing in a dentist). She's completely focused on my teeth, so not very chatty, but her work is really, really good. I feel lucky to have a dentist who is taking such good care of me. I am an anxious patient. While I don't have a phobia - they do have patients who do - I can spend weeks before an appointment worrying. But for the first time, I took up the offer and had a root canal instead of just having the tooth out. Now I am wondering why I didn't have it done before. That's how good my dentist is. Really made welcome by the lovely receptionist, and Simon for being so reassuring. Team receptionist , team Simon also the lovely lady I saw for a emergency appointment same day as going on holiday. I proudly tell people when they ask which dentist I see , I went in shaking like a tree blowing in a hurricane Simon soon put me at ease after some reassurance

Been at the practice over 10 years now so seen various managers and dentists. Always professional, friendly and take the time to explain without feeling rushed. Brilliant dentist.

Just newly registered as a private patient. I have anxiety and hate going to the dentist so was really anxious but my experience so far has been exceptional! Dentist i see is called Dr Mustafa i had my second appt today for a tooth extraction so was really nervous, Dr Mustafa is so kind and professional, really does make you feel at ease. My tooth extraction was done so quick pain-free i was abit shocked when he said he was done, That quick , no pain either. Definitely going to stick with Dr Mustafa! Moreover the assistant inside helping him was also great too plus the receptionist shes so kind/warm really professional. Thankyou guys!

Absolutely brilliant service! Got me in as a real emergency for an extraction. Dr Mohammed (I'm sorry if I got your name wrong!) Was so lovely, putting me at ease. The 2 dental nurses were equally as wonderful and caring!!

A very positive visit today. My worries were quickly dispelled by my dentist and the level of treatment offered was of the highest standard. I totally recommend this dental clinic.

Saw the hygienist at the Huddersfield branch and was really fretting about how much the scaling and polishing may hurt. However, the hygienist was very professional and took great care. Hardly any pain whatsoever. The hygienist also showed me how to floss and clean my teeth in future. Excellent service.

I've recently been to Genix Huddersfield with my daughter.
I had the pleasure to meet a lovely young lady who was the trainee dental nurse, she said she just started at the dental practice.
She was extremely supportive with a positive attitude towards my daughter who was a little bit frightened at first, but with her help she overpass her anxiety of dentist.
Overall great team, excellent service,I recommend 100%

I was seen within minutes of arriving for my appointment. All the practice staff were helpful and I was quickly on my way. Couldn't really have been any better!

I had my tooth extracted at HuddersfieldGenix, but I had to go back a couple of times and the receptionists made it easier as I didn't have to struggle with appointments and tried to give fit me in asp. Asiya is one in a million doctor friendly and so professional with her work and the way she speak to you and reassure you, came out to apologise as she was running late and she told me to ring again if I had any more concern.A big change since I gave a review about receptionists and I would definitely recommend Genix Huddersfield. Keep it up Dr Asiya and thank you.
