The Silver Shop in Bath, went above and beyond, when my wife lost her silver necklace in the sea , Guy and his team searched silver merchants across the UK to find a identical replacement, and found one!! One happy wife and a happy life!! Fantastic service!!!

I purchased a watch from the Silver Shop some years ago for my wife as an anniversary present. Sadly it got damaged but the Silver Shop were able to return it to its original condition. The service provided was very professional, helpful and most of all very prompt. It is so good to find a company providing such a high level of service these days, very well done.

A wonderful shop for silver jewellery fans. I purchased a couple of pairs of earrings from their enormous range. There really is something for everyone here and the staff are fab. A gem of a shop!

I had a necklace repaired here and was blown away by the level of customer service. As a new mum with a tiny baby I was struggling to get out and about and the lovely owners hand delivered my necklace back to me.

Amazing customer service, I contacted the Silver Shop to enquire about arranging a repair of a necklace that had been purchased from them some 20 years previously. I received a quick and friendly response with clear instructions, so I sent the necklace off and heard back in a couple of days that it was ready to collect. I arranged to collect it whilst in Bath, where I was amazed to be charged an incredibly reasonable amount and the necklace had been beautifully cleaned as well. Really lovely staff and a pleasure to shop there. No wonder they're still in business after 70 years!

Another outstanding and incredibly affordable service from the team at The Silvershop. A dunk in a jacuzzi ruined my silver jewellery … particularly a sentimental Tiffany bracelet. I popped my jewellery in to be cleaned and for a necklace chain repair. Not only did the team repair and fully restore my tarnished pieces but they also noticed my aged Tiffany bracelet was about to lose its heart and so thickened the loop and replaced the clasp … at a ridiculously affordable price. The service is outstanding and this is and will continue to be my place for gifting. Bath we are very lucky to have this independent shop x

On our first visit to bath my wife and I vaguely planned on buying a new wedding ring.
We popped into the silver shop and were lucky enough to be greeted by Guy.
Guy made us feel so welcome in his shop, he was genuine, friendly and never felt like a salesman, just someone giving us honest advice about our purchase.
