I cannot or ever will be able to thank Gore Brothers enough.I dealt with Mick, and I have to say he was the most respectful person, full of reassurance, support and guidance. He literally walked the extra mile to ensure my Mammy had the send off she deserved. Absolutely incredible service. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. XXXX

June you went over and above to make sure everything was right for my dad and you looked after him and we will be eternally grateful. Michael was a real gentleman on the day, with all the added touches we wanted for dad meant a lot to us. Your care and empathy on the day, Michael helped us get through a difficult time. . Our uncle was in the care of Gore brothers Broadstairs but was at Margate first. We made several attempts to view him but for over 8 days they told us that he still not ready. Contacting them was a nightmare no answer on a Saturday as it states it’s 24hrs then we emailed but took so long for a reply. Finally we received and email two days before the then tried charging us twenty pound for out of hour service . My sister emailed back agreeing even though charging a feee to see your loved one is not appropriate they then did not reply so we never got to see him in the chapel of rest . Very disappointed with the immediate after care .

Totally shocked about what Gore's has done to our friends and family following the death of someone special. On contacting to find out the date of the cremation to be informed sorry he has already been cremated, this happened without any of us being informed. This has been a traumatic experience for us all with no closure and only an apology for this incompency.
